I cannot rate Pimlico Plumbers highly enough. We have had them in for two separate issues in our house - a broken boiler and some radiators that needed replacing. On both occasions, the engineers (Martin and Shay) were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely skilled. They were honest with regards to costs and timelines, which I highly valued. Absolutely fantastic
From stat to finish I couldn’t be happier. I called with an urgent carpentry job. To cut the legs and ladder down on my daughter’s high sleeper. Which we had tried and it had gone wrong so was unsafe. The person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. He arranged a carpenter to come out that same day. Rhys turned up with a courtesy call before arriving. He was very professional and very friendly. He completed the job within 1 hour. I have already told friends and family about my experience and how easy and quick they responded.
Had a plumbing emergency this morning and called Pimlico Plumbers. Confirmed plumber availability within 5 min and plumber (Simon) arrived within the hour. I could not be happier with the service - Simon quickly determined what the issue was and suggested repairs. I was kept informed throughout and everything was left neat and tidy when he finished.
