Picking all the bathroom fittings for a new house can be totally overwhelming. We were overwhelmed. We went to see First Class Plumbing & Bathrooms Supplies. Danny suggested we come back at 9am the following Saturday morning. He sat down with us. We discussed budgets for the five bathrooms. He showed us our options and provided us with a quote that included pictures of every item we had chosen. From start to finish the team at FCP were a pleasure. I will single out Ronald who took my wife and I from inception to conclusion, always being ready to offer an opinion and guidance. Also showed real customer focus when he and I had to talk £ as our original budget for 3 bathrooms was stretched, but he showed his competence went beyond just technical as was ready and willing to walk me through these commercial matters and find suitable alternatives in order to hit a £ we could make work. We hit a few problems around deliveries and a few missing bits and bobs, but these were never given the chance to manifest into big issues as the team would always have solutions/alternatives ready! Could not recommend FCP more 👍
