Marcio did an amazing job creating high quality storage in our loft. As you can see in the before and after photos they look great. He often went above and beyond to make the finish a very high standard. I would highly recommend.

Marcio and his father-in-law did a fantastic job putting in some wardrobes in two rooms and flexible hanging/shelves in my converted attic walk-in wardrobe. The finished products look lovely and they built most of it off-site, so only entailed 3.5 days of disruption at home. They are nice guys and tidy workers, leaving the place immaculate each evening. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with Marcio and his team! It is rare to come across a company that is highly skilled, reliable, and trustworthy. They built and fitted new wardrobes, custom-made 2 alcove bookcases and several shelving units, repaired the staircase and built custom-made under-stairs storage. Moreover, their painter repaired internal walls and painted the entire house, he did an amazing job as well. I'm so glad we went for this company - they are perfectionists and their work is done to a very high standard. What I really appreciate is that they go above and beyond and communicate with you throughout the process: They send photos with updates, they ask questions to make sure they do the job exactly how you want it to be done, and they are thinking outside the box when something gets tricky. On top of that, they are reasonably priced and will suggest the most affordable option for you whenever possible. The moment you employ them they are on the ball, no chasing from our side ever. They are also super lovely to deal with, even our neighbours mentioned that everyone was very polite and quiet. I wouldn't hire anyone else for carpentry or decorating work. Marcio and his dad did an extraordinary job at our property, building and fitting two big wardrobes to perfection! Gerard did us the perfect wall unit in our new house. From his first visit, he was passionate and collaborative and we had a lot of discussion about making the piece work for us and the space. Gerard’s attention to detail is next to none and he thought of everything! He’s full of great ideas and really took time to make the design perfect. We are so happy with the final result, completed over a few weeks. The finish is beautiful - with an excellent quality paint job and our Victorian wonky walls not a visible issue. We even asked Gerard to incorporate a shoe rack, the functional touches making it such a useful, well made and lovely looking piece. We had bespoke fitted wardrobes which were also hand painted in paint we chose to match the walls. George was responsive and really helpful with the plans and sales process and the carpenters and painter were all professional, hard working and did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend this company.

They did excellent job with my custom made wardrobe. I could not be happier with the design. I tried first with some big well established companies but it turned out they were able to do made to measure only within certain limits and in the end were unable to to produce what I needed. So I hired Jv Carpentry and what they did exceeded my expectations. They were also great to work with and have around.

We recently had some custom patio doors made to replace some broken and ill fitting ones. The whole process was very pleasant and even though we had lots of questions and a bit of back and forth they never failed to answer our questions to our satisfaction. The doors are now fitted and we couldn't be happier with the result. Would highly recommend W4!

I have used these guys to replace a number of windows in my old victorian house in W3 over the last 3 years. They make lovely wooden replacement windows - they look great, function effectively and they install them quickly and with minimal fuss and mess. What they don't know about replacing windows isn't worth knowing..

Had internal doors replaced, West 4 doors are good & solid. My only real criticism is lack of help/advice regarding designs. I thought they might have shown me pictures, brochures, drawings, samples of what they make! But you're on your own! It's all done now, and overall a good experience.

West 4 Joinery Ltd just done a window for our children's bathroom - a narrow and a very long one (non standard size). Something other companies (like Anglian) couldn't do. I am more than happy with the quality of work, the professionalism, exceptional customer service from Gerta and the speed of the delivery! Now we are going to order more windows from West 4 Joinery. Toby offers a high quality service with great professionalism as well as a friendly and pleasant manner. He’s diligent and meticulous; great at brainstorming and setting out the blueprint and practical implications of the project in detail, making the actual project run seamlessly and efficiently. Whether it’s building garden constructions such as awnings or pergolas, or redesigning and building a private library, his work is perfect. Fantastic service!
