I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Queenswood Motor Company Garage. I took my car there as it seemed to be on the verge of breaking down very unexpectedly when I was driving nearby. Although they did not have space to fix my car, the gentleman at reception still went out of his way to have a look and correctly diagnosed what was happening. He then gave me a recommendation to a garage nearby that I could take it to that would have space. I got there and my car got fixed in the same day. I’m so grateful to have found a genuine garage who had the best intentions of its customers.

Great garage. Really friendly and helpful, have always found space for me when I’ve had a problem with my car, will take time to listen on the phone. Martin on reception was cheerful, polite and incredibly helpful and professional when I arrived with a flat tyre (not booked in). Adam then carried out the work with great communication throughout the work and provided me with an amazing service. They are both exceptional people who made me feel very confident in there abilities and also made me extremely happy.

Popped in without an appointment last Saturday as my headlight bulb had gone. I couldn't access the fitting due to the mixture of cables and bodywork. I spoke with Martin, who came and had a look, said it was certainly doable, and within 15 minutes, the bulb was out, a new one in and I was on my way. Exceptional service and I was very surprised how cheap it was too. I trust Kwik Fit for my MOT and repairs and have used Kirkstall Road, Regent Street and Hunslet Road - all have been outstanding service and work.

A stud snapped during a tyre change. These guys could not have done more to rectify the situation (which could well not haveeven been their fault). In these days of generally poor service these guys (especially Martin) are a pleasant change. They genuinely seem to care.

Brilliant service here recently. As a student and someone who knows nothing about cars, it is hard to find a trustworthy garage. However, the guys here are really friendly, straightforward and honest. I did book in advance, but they had my car sorted within three hours, including going to get the parts! Reasonably priced too. Knew my rear tyres were needing replaced given the centre tread depth, but had no idea that the inner was right through to the bone, a blow out waiting to happen. Not only were they able to source the replacements I wanted that afternoon, but diagnosed the cause and laser aligned it out. IN'n'OUT Autocentres, A Life Saver on a Scorcher Today started out as one of the hottest days of the year, and just when I thought I could cool down, my air conditioning decided to let me down. I soon realised the sweltering heat would soon become unbearable without it. That’s when I turned to Google for help and stumbled upon IN’n’OUT Autocentres, conveniently located just five minutes away. From the moment I called, I was met with friendly and professional service. The technician on the other end of the line was quick to understand my dilemma and encouraged me to bring my car in right away. This immediate response was greatly appreciated, especially in the sweltering heat. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt reassured that my car was in good hands. After a short wait, I was informed that my air conditioning just needed a re-gas. And to my relief, the entire process took only 45 minutes! It’s rare to find such efficient service, especially on a busy day.
