My favorite Kwik fit in Leeds. The guys that work here have excellent customer service, they are always cheerful, polite, keen to help and prompt irrespective of the busy hours. Its easy to wait around due to the cheerful atmosphere and smiling faces. Big thank you to the entire team for sorting out my tyres. Martin on reception was cheerful, polite and incredibly helpful and professional when I arrived with a flat tyre (not booked in). Adam then carried out the work with great communication throughout the work and provided me with an amazing service. They are both exceptional people who made me feel very confident in there abilities and also made me extremely happy.

A stud snapped during a tyre change. These guys could not have done more to rectify the situation (which could well not haveeven been their fault). In these days of generally poor service these guys (especially Martin) are a pleasant change. They genuinely seem to care.

Popped in without an appointment last Saturday as my headlight bulb had gone. I couldn't access the fitting due to the mixture of cables and bodywork. I spoke with Martin, who came and had a look, said it was certainly doable, and within 15 minutes, the bulb was out, a new one in and I was on my way. Exceptional service and I was very surprised how cheap it was too. I trust Kwik Fit for my MOT and repairs and have used Kirkstall Road, Regent Street and Hunslet Road - all have been outstanding service and work.

Alfie saved the day! I was 300 miles away from home with my 2 kids when I had a puncture to my tyre. Even though they were busy they found time to repair the tyre and send me safely on my way. Thank-you!!
