Great garage. Drivetrain light came on last Sunday. I called up at 9am on Monday and the fault was found by 9:30am. They fixed it on the day too which saved me a lot of stress. They took the time to explain the issue and recommended cheaper ways of fixing one or two other minor things found while doing the service and changing the spark plugs. Very nice guys too who were patient with my stutter which is always nice.

I’ve been using Neil’s autos for 34 years. They have provided brilliant service for my petrol and diesel cars over the years. Now I have an EV and they are great with that also. Finally we recently bought a petrol hybrid campervan. We had a problem with its Head Unit (entertainment etc system). The garage where we bought the camper could not sort it out. So I asked Josh (Neil’s son who now runs it) if he could look at it. After we bought a new Head Unit from Japan as recommended, he fitted it and it sorted out all the problems! Great service as always and very trustworthy.

We have had the annual service and MOT completed on our car at Macrome Garage for the last couple of years. Very easy to deal with and have collected the car on time on both occasions. So far, can only give them a 5!!

My family are very impressed with Macrome Garage. They looked after my Nan's car to her complete satisfaction when she was driving well Into her 80's and are now doing a great job of keeping my Mum's car going which is 20 years old! They seem to have a genuine interest in your car and their charges are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Just dropped my car in because I was concerned about a slight clunk when turning the wheel fully at slow speeds. Even though there had been a mix up over when my car was expected in, I waited just ten minutes whilst someone checked the suspension and steering and declared it fully fit for the road - no charge at all. I have been using this garage on and off for a couple of decades now and cannot recommend them highly enough! Good, trust-worthy people, price is always fair, always pleasant to deal with. Had Full Service B/Mot plus front brake pads and gearbox service for my sons mercedes Aclass. My son had broke his arm meaning he couldnt drive and after making an initial phone call to explain his predicament not only were they compassionate they even came to collect the car plus drop it off after everything was completed at no extra cost !! Our starter motor broke on us during a time we really needed the use of our car We called this garage which is just a cross the road from where we live... We want to say a massive thank you to the lovely lady that works in reception, who dedicated lots of time to our request and got us the part we needed the same day, and squeezed us in last minute to make the repair The following day, we have a puncture, again... Called the garage, they said bring it right over Repaired and sorted super quick! We have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this garage, infact they even saved us money on our new starter motor, which was a great surprise!! They are hard working, decent, honest people!! I have been doing repairs for my Ford Focus mark 2 and Suzuki Alto for almost a year. Very professional and experienced people who know what they are doing and won't change unnecessary parts. Took my son's car to Wednesfield Motor Company following a recommendation from a friend. Corsa power steering had failed - they diagnosed a faulty electronic power steering motor, identified the correct part and serial number and advised to buy reconditioned part to reduce costs. Fitted the new motor the same afternoon it arrived and had the car back and repaired in 90 minutes!!!
