Car failed MOT and was able to get new tyres fitted in about 30 minutes. Probably would have been quicker if we didn't have the locking wheel nuts hidden away. Staff were nice and really good at what they do. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Tyre punctured with a bolt in the road on my motability vehicle. Conrad was excellent and reassuring on the phone and when I arrived. Within 15-20 minutes it was fixed,great friendly professional communication from Neo with regards to tyre replacement and balancing . Fab job thanks Gents.
