Having recently moved to the area and no longer having a local garage I was familiar with this garage came highly recommended by a family member. I needed some work doing on my car and an MOT was due and I'm very pleased with the outcome and process. The car was booked in within the day to assess to extent of work and I was updated throughout. I was provided an estimate for the work but it was explained that until things are taken apart we won't know the full extent of the work. Instead of prices inflating as the work progressed I was updated that some parts weren't required and my estimated price was reduced. Overall I'm very happy with my experience and will most certainly return when required in future!

I had a great experience at Borough Green garage. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. The repair was done quickly. My van runs perfectly now, and I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

Excellent customer service from these guys- with several checking all ok for me from the moment I arrived- it seems to run like clockwork for such a very busy garage. We have had really supportive feedback on our vehicles, and guidance, and most importantly, we feel confident in their mechanics and skills. A good number of us across our local family use Borough Green Garage for servicing, MOTs, and frankly to help with any car issues (we have a range of vehicles between us, old, auto, manual and at least two petrol heads in the family always with something needing sorting!). Would not hesitate to recommend them. Very accommodating, polite, and the atmosphere while there is a really happy one, too- how refreshing!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful. Kevin was great, informed me every step of the way. Even surprised me and cleaned my car ! Very happy will definitely be using again and will recommend to anyone I know.

“I can’t recommend this garage enough! My exhaust fell off, and I managed to drive it to their garage, leaving the keys through the letterbox overnight. By the next morning, they had the part in within a few hours and fixed it incredibly quickly. The service was brilliant—super efficient, friendly, and professional. Really lovely guys who go above and beyond. I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!
