I took a a vehicle for a service and an MOT. They we very pragmatic and did what was necessary to have the vehicle pass. The experience was entirely positive.
Excellent service at Halfords Autocentre at Bat and Ball, Sevenoaks yesterday. My wife's car was in for MOT but was going to fail as the handbrake lever on the rear nearside had jammed. Instead of just failing it the mechanic freed it up and then passed it, so tahn ks you very much.
Went today for a break check today, as been having problems with grinding in the breaks. They showed me everything that is wrong with it including picture from the Internet so I fully understood that the car was OK to drive. I had been quoted alot of money by another garage to have them replaced when they don't need it. Thank you for putting my mind at ease today and fixing the griding in the breaks. Georgia
