Life savers. Miracle workers! I ripped my tyre open Monday morning. Total nightmare. Called Falcon at 8.45am, at 9.45am I had a brand new tyre, totally stress free and at an amazing price. Falcon, I love you. Thank you! 🙏

Had a problem with a slow puncture over the weekend, unfortunately by Sunday it was no longer holding enough tyre pressure. Rang Falcon, explained the situation. I was quoted over the phone for both tyre repair and tyre replacement but obviously until the tyre was properly looked at an exact amount couldn't be fully agreed. My call was dealt with effectively and very efficiently. I WhatsApped my details and within 5 minutes I had a message back saying a repair van would be with me within 10 minutes. The mechanic diagnosed the problem very quickly and advised a repair could be done but he would not recommend it due to total safety. Within 10 minutes a new tyre was fitted and the original quote was charged. £160 for a new tyre and a call out at 7 O'clock on a Sunday was in my opinion extremely fair for such a service. Would highly recommend. Will be keep Falcon on speed dial for the future. Great service and totally professional.
