After a frustrating experience with other branches, I brought my car here, and the difference in professionalism and customer care was incredible. Courtney and Miles, in particular, were fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Within just 3 hours, the team had diagnosed the issue, obtained authorisation from my warranty company, and my car was ready for collection. This level of efficiency and customer service was a breath of fresh air and far exceeded my expectations. Great service today. My car was booked in for a clutch repair on the weekend but the clutch went completely 2 days before the booking. The AA towed me to the Halfords auto centre garage after hours and I dropped my keys in the door explaining why it was early delivery. They fixed the clutch next working day (early) and waited just past 6pm to let me pick it up and pay the bill so I could have the car back on the same day. 5 stars. Went above and beyond for me. Good communication from reception staff and workshop staff. Thank you

As a woman, I've sometimes felt taken advantage of at garages, but Miles was the complete opposite.
