Kind of them to check and change the bulb on my son's car whilst I waited, especially as he's just passed his test. Only charged a small amount for the bulb. We'll be back as usual for the service and MOT. Many thanks.

Honestly could not recommend this garage enough! I visited them based on a recommendation from a family member. I had previously had some really bad experiences with mechanics and the work that had been undertaken on my vehicle. Phipps did my MOT are were thorough, truthful, transparent and completely honest about what needed doing. They went above and beyond to source parts to fix my car and get it back on the road for me as soon as possible. Such a smooth, quick process and all with a smile on their faces too. To them it's just their job but to me it restores my faith in humanity knowing that there are garages out there who care about the safety of their customers and not just pound signs. The lady on the desk could not have been more helpful with phone calls keeping me up to date, pricing, receipts and just general info about my car and the work! She was extremely informative and her friendly manner really helped ease the stress of my car not passing the MOT and needing yet more work. They even have a few small cars on site that you can hire for the day incase you cannot get lifts to and from the garage and all for a reasonable fee of £15 for the day. 10/10 service and I would recommend to anyone looking for a well run, honest, trustworthy garage!! These guys are the best around!!
