I took my Mini Cooper S in for a full set of brake pads and I couldn't fault these guys. They replaced the pads and also reset all the fault codes on the car. They did the work for nearly half the price as the main dealer quoted. It's refreshing when a garage quotes a price and sticks to it and does the work exactly as requested - with no BS upselling. I'll definitely be using them again in future.

Very good and will hopefully be back in this week for more work. The staff have very good people skills and are good at explaining things in a coherent way. The mechanic often calls to explain the details before carrying out any additional work needed, which is reassuring. The friendly and calm approach they have makes the stressful experience of car problems a little bit better. I took my car in for its' annual service recently. The staff were very helpful and answered my questions. They phoned me later to discuss the extra work which was needed, giving me different options. The service was completed quickly and was reasonably priced. Since the service, my car is running more smoothly and I have no hesitation in recommending Ivydene for service and MOT.
