My normal mechanic was not available and it's always a worry going elsewhere, however, my daughter had said good things about this place so I thought I would bite the bullet and get them to service and MOT the Duster and Service the Range Rover. Staff are friendly and helpful, and both cars felt significantly better after the service, they even manged to reset some bits on the Duster that even Dasia struggled with, price was excellent and we will be recommending them and using them again. Kudos to you and your staff, excellent place.

My car needed a top mount replaced, Luke booked me in a week later for the repair, overall a good experience and a good price excellent service.

After getting a bad experience with a local repair center I checked the reviews for Napier service station got booked in for a full service plugs etc what a wonderful professional job they carried out Luke was fantastic helpful full of knowledge and explained everything I was great full my car had no adviserys after the service I can honestly recommend this place the price was cheaper than I thought so was extremely happy I will be going back to Napier service centre and Luke was happy to help me with some wrap for the car roof and mirrors absolutely fantastic thanks Luke and napier service station they can count on my business
