my van broken down in folkstone and left me stranded 60 miles from home on a Friday morning as the fan belt snapped, so called 5 other firms all could not be bothered so called Thompsons Garage, they sent a truck out to get my van took it back to their garage ordered parts and repaired the van in a couple of hours, they charged me less than it would have cost be to tow it home and i was able to carry on working so not letting my client down, it was an amazing service from friendly honest helpful staff...if i lived in folkstone would only use them going foward..

I dropped by with a niche problem (a Monkey at Longleat Zoo severed a windscreen washer tube) and Thompson’s Garage could not have been nicer. They fixed the problem within minutes. Absolute top class. Thank you so much.

Needed locking wheel nuts removed, turned up with no appointment and the issue was sorted in under 10 minutes! Proper old school service for the grand price of £30 bargain considering the kits cost nearly £200 . Thanks again 👍👍

Went to Thompson’s todays for a second opinion and so glad I did. Service was fast and friendly. All the repairs were explained to me and I was even shown the bit that was taken out! Offered advice on some other bits that will need doing soon. Overall, extremely pleased and would highly recommend.
