Excellent service from a garage that cares about its customers. Had a full service carried out and additional work and l am very satisfied everything has been completed. Went back with a small unrelated issue and it was repaired at no cost. A perfect example of good customer service. I would highly recommend this garage for service and repair.

10/10. I’ve been going to Parkway for years and they’re great. This time round for my MOT, I had an injury (broken leg) after dropping the car off, which meant I couldn’t pick it back up. The service is so good, that they then offered to drop the car off at my house to save me arranging collection by someone else. Can’t recommend highly enough 👍🏼

After hearing great things, I took my 520 to Parkway Auto and they truly delivered 😀 Unlike a previous garage (Shah jee, pink bank lane - dodgy garage) that overcharged me without even changing the servicing filters, Parkway was upfront, transparent and professional. They showed me the old parts, explained every step and used genuine BM replacements. Special thanks to Sophie and the team for friendly supports and expertise.. no wonder why so many locals recommended them specially if you're on the business for 30 years. All the best wishes 👍

The guys fitted me on the same day after I had some issues with my car. Great service gave me a really honest service after a disaster MOT helping me to make a decision about what to do. Would deffo advice people to use these guys
