Brilliant family run business highly recommend. I found Ollie to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional in all our conversations over text or via the phone. He kept me updated and ensured a completed forms ahead of time to speed up the process. From reserving the car, eating for advisories to be fixed, test driving and purchasing was a seamless system. My honest review on purchasing my BMW 3 series touring from One Stop Cars. To cut a long story short, I recently purchased an Audi A3 from a different garage I will not name which has since been sent back; to try and compare One Stop to other garages is unfeasible. I had lost all faith in car dealers after my last purchase a few months ago and to say that One Stop have fully restored my faith knowing there are still genuine people and dealers out there who still care about their customers. From start to finish, Jasmine who I spoke with originally, was very efficient in getting the car ready for me to view. I then dealt with Ollie who went through all the paperwork and explained everything before I even needed to ask. The whole team and the whole buying process was fantastic, the service provided was second to none. I also extended my warranty, I took out a 3 year gold level of cover; my warranty includes AAs breakdown cover also which is an absolute godsend given the last car I returned I lost £150 on having it recovered and the value for money on One Stops warranty is great; I also didn’t feel pressured into extending my warranty it was more of an options extension explained thoroughly without any pushy sales. I could go on and on but to end my review, I will be purchasing all of my future cars from One Stop as well as telling all my friends and family. Thanks again everyone at One Stop for the perfect car and the perfect buying experience.

I recently purchased a car from here. From start to finish oliver and jasmine were both amazing at helping with getting everything prepped and ready, communication from the was absolutely amazing and kept me informed with everything. I had a few issues with the car after picking it up however Lee from the aftercare team was amazing and quickly fixed the issues and kept me informed of what was going on with the car. Thank you

Brilliant selection of cars all priced very fairly. Staff are fantastic, friendly and professional and no chasing you round while you browse. Happy to answer questions and let you get a very good look around the car. All the boring paperwork and transactions are handled in a very swift and professional manner, which makes all the difference to the experience. Even if you think you know the car you want, go give them a try, some real gems hidden away in there. Can't recommend them enough.

We went to One Stop Cars after hearing from a few friends who had purchased first cars from here for their young adult children. We were pleased with the choice of appropriate cars available for a 17 yr olds first car, all with low mileage and in great condition. We test drove three cars after speaking with the lovely Ollie and Jasmine. They answered all our questions and at no time did we really pressured, pushed or made to feel like time wasters. Jasmine even makes a great cup of coffee. We decided on a car. I had a couple of questions about different possible issues. I was reassured that these would be looked at. A MOT was carried out. No concerns, but they did decided to replace a particular part. An extended warranty is also offered, which again, no pressure to purchase, but seems a great deal. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from here. You won’t get a discount, you pay what the screen price is… but you get reassurance and confidence in a great team. Thank you.
