Took my old Honda Accord a couple of months back for advice on work needed and welding to pass MOT. Elvis the owner was really helpful, honest and upfront about what was required. It's clear from other reviews that he's a genuine, old school mechanic who cares about sorting your car at a reasonable price for you. April 2024 - booked my car in for its MOT with Elvis. Happy to return to MDS after the positive experience last year - see above. Elvis had identified some pre MOT repair work that was required and that I had expected would need doing in order for my car to pass its test. This was carried out to a great standard. I dropped my car in at the agreed time, work was done, car MOT'd and I was able to collect it later the same afternoon. The quoted price was the price I paid.
