Honest and fairly priced. After having suspicions with my previous garage over last couple years - Charging without actually changing, I decided to try a new garage. Steve on desk was welcoming and got me booked in sharpish for a full/major service for a very fair price. Vehicle back same day, no messing around or trying to tell me i needed items which i didn't. Highly recommend for anyone in Ashton area.

Wouldn't go anywhere else in Ashton except here - Steve and his team are always helpful, professional, quick to solve problems and give accurate estimates, and it's a pleasure to leave my car in their hands. Good, honest and reasonable garage. It’s reassuring that if your vehicle requires any work doing that you won’t be ripped off. This was my first time at Cross Garage booking full service and MOT. The gentleman at the reception was very pleasant and helpful. Dropped and collected on the same day. Though advisory on my tyres, they didn't call to charge me extra for things that didn't need doing like some garage I have used before. Reasonable price and good service. I will recommend Cross Garage to my friends and family and will always be using myself.

Adam and the guys fixed up my BMW after being recovered back home by the AA.. Diagnostic, alternator and battery replaced, health check, advised of potential future issues as the car is nearly 18 years old. Being a BMW everything costs a mint and the guys kept the costs down as much as possible. Always kept informed. I've had it back for over a week and it's running like new again. Bingo. Thanks guys.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a major service, MOT and new disks and pads on all wheels coming in around 1/2 the price I was quoted at Skoda. The customer service was 10/10 from everyone I dealt with, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Completely transparent with all the pricing and never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I even came back to my car thoroughly cleaned which never happened with my previous 3 services at skoda. Would highly recommend these guys.

I needed a new wing mirror as mine had been smashed overnight! They were so helpful and efficient from the start. Gave me good advice to find a new one and as soon as i received it i took it to the garage and it was done the same day. They cleaned up a few buffs and scuffs as well. I used TMC AUTOS for an issue with the powersteering on my work van and with them being a VAT registered this is the place my warranty chose. They was honest and clear from the start. Work carried out was fantastic. I'm very particular to who i let work on my vehicles and I can't fault them, even their communication throughout was great. Updating throughout the job, I never felt I had to ring them. They have even done work on my C63 AMG (my pride and joy) and I have full confidence in their workman and honesty. TMC AUTOS is the only place I will be taking my vehicles.

Fantastic service by martyn I booked in for 4x injector testing and managed to wait and watch him do it, he explained the process and I could watch in real time the injectors passing and failing different tests, upon having 3 injectors fail he priced them up and ordered me a set of 4 that was ready to collect 2 hours later, absolutely fantastic service 5* . whilst I was talking to him he was explaining he has started to hire out different plant and machinery since my visit i have hired his mobile jetwash, chainsaw and leaf blower all delivered directly too me and collected whenever it was convenient to myself. Absolutely fantastic company to deal with and I recommend anybody to use him 😀

Called in on the off chance to get a daylight running bulb. Matthew in the shop didn't know which type of bulb it was and asked me to go into the garage and ask for Ethan who could tell him. Ethan removed the bulb (after taking various bits and bobs off to access the bulb housing), got a replacement and fitted it there and then. Excellent service and a great price too! Recently had my insignia in for some big repairs on oil leaks. Robbie had the car looked at for me in order to specifically target the problem areas. Once done he had a quote ready for me should I go ahead with the repairs. They managed to get my car in as soon as possible and also took a look at some other areas which I raised concerns with while having my engine out. Robbie and his team have been great, the work done has been to a great standard and done in a timely manner. I would certainly use Rye motors again for any future maintenance or repairs.

Top class service from the fitter who was assigned my car , on inspection of my tyres he advised me that there was plenty of tread left on my tyres ( 5mm on the front and 6mm on the rears ) so unlike the garage that wanted to fit new tyres straight away I’m glad I went to Ashton tyres for a second opinion A+++ for honesty and great service I won’t be going anywhere else in the future 1st class service from a genuine garage

Called into a garage local to work when I found a puncture hissing and was laughed at for not booking in. Went home and rang ATE expecting to have to book in too but I was told to come straight away. Excellent service. Ordered tyres and wheel alignment on line. Arrived a little earlier than planned but the fitter got my tyres on immediately. He checked the alignment, and found that all was good. So, the cost of alignment was taken off final invoice (how often do we get honest service these days?). I have no hesitation in recommending Ashton Tyres & Exhaust Ltd.
