Top Of The Range Irish Cafe
403 Tong St, Tong Street, Bradford BD4 6LY, UK | Cafe P: 07476 948378
Rating: 4.5 (79) Price Level:
Short wait for a table as it was packed but soon got seated. Ordered full Irish breakfast with extra spam for 2 of us and a regular breakfast with extra chips and gravy.....I know, Rachel couldn't decide so....yeah. Cups of tea and coffee arrived quickly and only a short wait for the food. The breakfast was delicious, cooked using high quality ingredients, notably the sausage and bacon and the portions very generous. Staff were friendly and accommodating and we had a good laugh with them and several customers regarding Rachel's difficult decisions. Clare came out from the kitchen and chatted with us whilst telling us it was 10 years to the day since she had opened, she knew this as it was her birthday. Happy birthday Clare, I'll be sure to come back next time I'm in the area. 😁 Ps I thought I'd posted all this earlier but couldn't see it so apologies if it pops up twice somehow. Lol

It was our 1st time eating in the cafe, and it was really nice. Inside was really clean and tidy, and the service was really pleasant and smiles all round by the staff. The food was really nice too. I really recommend the full Irish breakfast as it sets you up for the day ahead. We'll certainly be back..

As it was "Fat Friday", we ordered a take out each and ate at work. I got the Full Irish breakfast without black pudding. First thing I noticed was how hot it was, some take outs become cold. The sausages and bacon were of good quality and the white pudding was really tasty. The Full Irish breakfast is huge and I felt a bit sleepy afterwards lol Prices are reasonable, there is parking to the side of the cafe, staff seem friendly too. Definitely one of the better breakfast cafes in the area and well worth a visit 👌

Just popped in for a brekky this morning with my elderly fatha. We both had the large brekky. Great friendly service and one of the best brekkies I've had in a long time. And a good price too with a drink included. Will Deffo call again if we're passing.😁😁

Great place for anyone to have a relaxing bite to eat and a nice drink. Would recommend.
Rating: 5 / 5
Really lovely place. Brilliant service from staff who seem happy in their work. Very calm welcoming atmosphere. Plenty of space between tables can have conversations without feeling like everyone else can hear me. Oh yeah, the coffee n cakes are better quality and much better priced than the big chain on the other side of the roundabout 😊

I didn't stop long enough to eat or drink but there was a good selection food and drink choices available. The overall atmosphere was pleasant. It is defintely a good place to go to for a quiet coffee and somewhere i would return to

Rating: 4.7 (168) Price Level:
I recently had the pleasure of our Walk This Weigh Wellness group's Christmas party here and I cannot recommend this venue highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. The food was simply outstanding! Very reasonable priced and was thoughtfully prepared and presented, catering perfectly to our diverse group’s tastes. It truly lifted our celebration and left everyone raving about it. The ambiance of the coffee shop provided the perfect backdrop for our gathering. With space for all 20 of us, it felt both cozy and accommodating. The warm atmosphere made our event feel special and intimate. Overall, McCallans exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for outside catering or a fantastic place to host an event, maybe just simply enjoy a great cup of coffee, look no further. We can’t wait to return! 👍

The workers are so sweet especially, who I assume is, the manager! The food and drinks are always amazing and the atmosphere is lovely too. A beautiful cafe, with comfy seats and a warm feeling. Thank you for my delicious hot chocolate and for giving me the extra whippy and chocolate, bless you

Great little gem in Bradford. Staff are so friendly and welcoming-. Cakes and sandwiches are delicious! Manchester tart and Yorkshire scoundrels are amazing! Always clean and tidy tables
Rating: 5 / 5
We visited Bradford and tried out Tiffin Coffee's afternoon tea set thanks to the excellent reviews. What made the experience stand out was the excellent service provided by staff. You could tell they care about the customers as they checked on tables every half-hour to see if people needed anything else!
Rating: 5 / 5
Such a warm and homely atmosphere, always feels cosy and the staff keep the shop so clean. Probably the cleanest coffee shop in Bradford. The coffee is some of the best I have tasted, especially the flat white. Always a vast selection of cakes and baked goods and some decent sandwiches.

Lovely place! I was looking for a spot for coffee. This is perfect! Had a lovely chai latte and a cake. The view of the fountain is lovely and inside the cafe it's so nice. Loved all the birds' houses on the wall. Also, such good value for money.

Attended with some friends this morning. Brilliant service. Coffee was lovely. Food was just right and got takeaway cake. Staff were super friendly and provided great customer service. Venue is lovely and quirky. I especially loved the sound of the fountain in Centenary Square in the background.

We came for afternoon tea this week after a visit to the Media museum. The cafe was quirky and full of interesting things. The afternoon tea was delicious and very filling. It’s very reasonably priced and the staff were friendly!

We love this cafe. The decor isn't the usual, and the kids love looking at all the odd little decorations. The service is always great. They also have a really varied menu, loads of stuff on there that you don't typically find on cafe menus. It's all reasonably priced too.

Lefteris Coffee & Tearoom
9 Tyrrel St, Bradford BD1 1RU, UK | Cafe P: 07891 083696
Rating: 4.4 (316) Price Level:
Really lovely cafe. Manager is really friendly. Some of the staff are younger so they are a bit quiet and less chatty which I don't mind. I've seen the owner deal patiently with some horrible people who've gotten aggressive (and thrown racist abuse) because they weren't allowed to walk off the street and use the toilet facilities without ordering something. I get the feeling the staff deals with such people quite often. However, they remain extremely polite regardless and the place is always kept very clean. Lovely food, great atmosphere.
Rating: 5 / 5
Lovely place to visit for food and a drink. The sandwiches are really tasty and a generous size. Well worth a visit if in Bradford.
Rating: 5 / 5
Came across this great coffee shop while opening kids bank accounts in Bradfordcity centre, I didnt even know it was here lol Parking is obviously an issue due to its location, but the decor is nice and makes you feel relaxed, the girl who served us was polite, the food was good as was the coffee. Prices are normal for the city centre and its an independent!!! Will definitely use again and highly recommend 👌

Lovely warming soup with sourdough toast. Food and drink brought to the table. Nice coffee. Noticed the cakes were enormous! Would recommend as a different place to visit compared to most chains. And where you can get a muffin the size of a football

Amazing food ..revamped with a new food menu... I ordered the chicken and salad, samosa chaat. Chicken was freshly cooked and not pre cooked. Highly recommend people to try.

Best place to go nice environment specially upstairs nice and peaceful place to sit down with friends and family
Rating: 5 / 5
Dropped by the Bradford place because I was craving a snack on a car ride. O.m.g. one of the best indian street foods I have had in the UK. Had the samosa with paratha, and it was divine. Really cheap too. The paratha reminded me of the stuff back in my home country of Singapore -- crispy and hot. The chai was also amazing -- had the kashmiri pink chai and it was so aromatic and flavourful. Will definitely be back!

Cafe Patisserie
Tickhill St, Bradford BD3 9RY, UK | Cafe P: 01274 737815
Rating: 4.2 (375) Price Level:
Such a beautiful timeless place, elegantly decorated. Takes you back to a different era. Spent my time going through their classic poetry novels at the back whilst waiting for our food. The staff are so attentive and happy to talk through the menu options, customer service is truly what brings you back to a place, and they’ve got it all in the bag here. Been here several times, can honestly say, had a pleasant experience each time. Last but not least, the food is lovely! So hearty and handmade with love you can tell. Places that exceed your expectations really do deserve that recognition & I do love this place ☺️ thank you for a great experience.

Lovely staff and management. Always my first choice for a breakfast if I'm in Bradford. Just a genuinely great place with great food, it is always a pleasure to visit. The food is consistently excellent.

Cafe patisserie never disappoints with their food choice and flavours. The only concern which we raised was the cafe was cold but the staff tried their best to support this. Also love eating there and hoping the owner will ensure WiFi is available for customers.
