The atmosphere here is wonderfully nostalgic. The staff are lovely and all the cakes are handmade on the premises with love. A very relaxing atmosphere in a quiet part of Leeds city centre. If you're in the city and want a quiet sit down, this place is perfect.
☕A cute vintage tea room inside the Grand Arcade in Leeds 🍰ORDERED: *Scone with cream and jam * Tropical green tea * Kinder Bueno Milkshake 🍵REVIEW: The idea was to try their afternoon tea but we were not very hungry so ordered only a scone and drinks 😅 🤩 The scone was so good! You could taste their freshness! Good quality clothed cream makes also a huge difference. 🧡Their scones are homemade🧡 🍵 They have many teas available so it was hard to pick one! But we were pleased with the one we picked because it was full of flavour. 🥛 We didn't like the milkshake, it was too liquid and didn't have that much flavour, but we could feel the kinder Bueno! Anyway, this is a tea room why did we order a milkshake? Clearly our fault 😂 💗 The cakes on the counter looked really good! Loved the miss-match teapots and saucers, tablecloths, and throws! 💞 The lady working there is super lovely! 💚 They have afternoon tea for kids, gluten-free sandwiches, soup, and cakes
I hosted a small event here and the staff, service, food and atmosphere was just perfect! I couldn’t have found a better place. Lovely unique theme and decorations and friendly customer service
Lovely tea room. The chocolate brownie is the best I have ever tasted. Great attention to detail with the crockery & cutlery. Really lovely. A bit pricey but it's on the arcade & in centre of Leeds & dead quirky so that ix to be expected x ❤️ lovely girls too
Fresh and homemade selection with their afternoon tea. A wide tea selection on their menu available for take away as well as whilst dining. I did book in advance using a voucher and would definitely return. The scones were incredible, we were given an option from the cakes and we're happy with what we picked. Not very large so if a big group definitely book in advance. Have locally knitted / crocheted blankets incase you get cold whilst here.
