Stopped off here for a quick lunch and was very pleased, really good prices, nice simple food done well. I had a hot bacon, mushroom and tomato sandwich which was great, and a lovely Manchester Tart - egg custard, jam and coconut, and a can of R Whites lemonade, all for £7. Perfect. Seating in a relaxing, quiet area by the nursery, really friendly staff and service was super. What a little find :)
Lovely quirky cafe , lovely food and very reasonably priced. Great garden centre too and very friendly helpful staff.
Little gem of a tea room! Excellent selection of good priced food. Food excellent quality & portions good too. (3 adults visiting with a dog) Tried their bacon sandwich which was freshly made with plenty of bacon in a soft bap. Coffees made fresh, so we ended up staying long enough for a second round of coffees with cakes (gingerbread man, millionaires shortbread, cornflake tart…..all good value and would easily beat the competition for quality). We’ll certainly be back as there were other good valued meals advertised that we’d like to have tried too. Easily accessible location, and happy to accept dogs (they get as much attention as the humans!)
Lovely Friendly place. Tasty bacon butties,sausage butties,Mmmm. Glad it's just up the road from us. Great atmosphere, if you want a sandwich or Coffee and 🎂 cake... and then a look around the garden Centre. Very helpful advice on plants if needed.. Look forward to seeing you again Georgie....
Great for Breakfast butties, bacon/sausage/BEST etc. Meat is supplied by local butchers and all produce is high quality. Also excellent place to eat in a quick lunch butty IE Turkey/Ham Salad sandwich... You can take out or eat in both inside and outside. The prices are very reasonable and comparable to most local sandwich shops. Cake options are available too and I think they have an afternoon tea thing but I haven't tried that personally. It's a family run place so expect service with a smile and a warm welcome :)
