James and Jim at Smart Home Gas were absolutely excellent from start to finish. I found them through an online search. I was impressed with James' professional attitude to quoting so took a risk in hiring him as it was a very large job not to have a personal recommendation. But I am delighted I did! Always on time, clear communication, talking me through each stage of the work and the few necessary on-the-job extras. Absolutely excellent. I also trust that if any issues arise (sure they won't!) James came to do a boiler service and fix the toilet. After two other plumbers who thought the problem with the toilet was limescale, James just came in and knew what the problem was straight away! Excellent service, friendly and efficient. He went the extra mile with the toilet as the bolts for the toilet were not easy to reach! Would highly recommend James and will be using his services in the future.
