Tom did an excellent job sorting a complicated electrical fault in my house. Good humoured and professional, he was prompt efficient and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
Tom replied promptly to our message, and came to fix our fault within 2 days of getting in touch. We are very pleased with the results.
We used Shales electrical to replace our out of date board, to install an extractor fan, replace some broken sockets and introduce an ethernet cable to the upstairs of our house. Tom went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the service. No task was too much for him and he was professional and efficient. He sourced all of the equipment ahead of time and the whole process was very easy for us.
Tom is very professional, on time and efficient. Very grateful for the quick job of a replacement extractor fan. Highly recommend!
