Lovely, old school village pub. Very homely with an open, working fireplace. Fight for that table near the fireplace, it's worth it. There is a hall outside with tables and chairs down one side, while the other has a skittles alley. There is a small kitchen to the side as well. My only issue, is the price of the drinks. I understand drinks are not cheap these days, but paying £6.80 for a pint of Peroni is way too much in my opinion. I know you can pay more in other parts of the country such as London, but you can also pay a lot less elsewhere. Gripe aside, this is a great pub. They have a good team in place. All the staff on shift every time I have visited have been friendly and helpful.

Cool spot during a summer evening cycle. Second visit (31 Aug) Lovely vibe inside. Pretty cool to see all the cricket memorabilia. And to also see live cricket across the road. Rustic basin in the bathroom..awesome!

What a great find , quaint , charming in a beautiful setting , the room was modern with a studio style and the bathroom was wonderful ! We had breakfast on both days which was really cooked well and very good from a budget perspective . I would just like to say a special thank you to Peter the general manager for being a great host , and super helpful . The hotel is in a beautiful village with 3 great pubs , all in walking distance . " We shall be back " Steve and Dawn

Not long been back after a 2 nights stay as my husband had something planned at blackbushe airport. The location was amazing, it was quiet and peaceful, friendly staff and it was like a home away from home. The self catered apartment was amazing had everything we needed. We are definitely planning on returning and would recommend this to friends and family.

Peter and Oliver were wonderful hosts, the room was clean and comfortable, and the Spanish-inspired breakfast that Peter prepared for me was delicious! I stopped at The Kingsley at Eversley for one night on my way from London to Cornwall. I was thrilled to find a "green-powered" inn on my route. I expected a simple, comfortable single room with breakfast the following morning (for a small fee), but I didn't expect to be completely charmed by Peter and Oliver! They made my brief stay with them truly memorable with their warmth, hospitality, and interesting back story. Delightfully informal. A truly lovely stay.

Stopped over during a trip to Somerset, as it's only a short detour off the M3. Fabulous breakfast and everything, except the blackpudding, was gluten free. Terrific!

We stopped here for a coffee after a lovely Sunday walk on Hazeley Heath, but it was really nearer lunch time. The courtyard was a very pleasant place to relax, with both indoor and outdoor tables, and we fell to the temptation of the brunch menu to enjoy in the sunshine. The food was excellent, freshly prepared and well presented. Our vegetarian preferences were well catered for and the coffee very good. It’s always good to feel the comfortable ambience generated by other clients who are similarly enjoying their food and drink and attentive, cheerful, polite service from both the owner and their staff, the latter clearly very much involved in the success of this charming café. We called here for breakfast whilst travelling, as it had the best reviews. We received a warm and friendly service, food and drink were quickly served, everything was of good quality, well cooked, and tasted delicious. Highly recommended!

A very quiet little cafe with plenty to choose from. My only fault was that there was no menu's on the tables, only 3 boards on the wall. Service is excellent, floor is clean and tidy. Price wise value very good for for the value.

Came here for breakfast whilst my bike was being serviced at Hatfields. Lovely regular English breakfast and an orange juice, nicely cooked, well priced, pleasant staff. Will come again.

Great place to pop in for a quick bite,simple food but tasty, cooked really well,very fairly priced. Lots of options aswell such as breakfasts,sandwiches,jacket potatoes. Venue is clean and well laid out, simple vibe but well done. Staff are super friendly and very helpful and we really enjoyed our quick bite

Came here with the wife and the food was brilliant, service was good and quick. A bit on the pricey side but is well worth it. Will definitely be coming back again.

4 of us here yesterday, the service was not only amazing but the food was outstanding. Special shout out to quite frankly the most phenomenal cheesecake I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxed atmosphere with fantastic service & food. We will be back:)

One of the best roast dinners I have ever tasted! The staff were extremely polite and friendly and extremely accommodating. The arena outside is super chill, with "wagons" for a more intimate experience, with heat lamps. Will definitely be back!!

I can find no fault in this lovely establishment at all! A beautiful building inside and out to start with. We had a booking for 3 and had had to change the time because of traffic which was no problem at all. The staff were very professional and friendly and showed us to our table outside. The choice of food was excellent and we were told they had a fresh fish delivery that day so I chose the lobster for my main and I had the goats cheese and asparagus tart with poached egg to start. The food is of very high quality and was delicious. For dessert I had the vanilla cheesecake with strawberries and they kindly wrote happy birthday in chocolate around my plate. If you have a special occasion or just want an excellent meal this is definately the place to go.

We visited on a bank holiday evening. Fantastic service all through the meal. Pretty location - has good parking. Wine excellent. Food wise it was ok. Desserts good. Menu very different. Presentation very good. I would think dishes are better other days. It was a last-minute decision to go there based on past reviews. We had not dined out for quite a while and did find it expensive. It became a birthday treat.

Fish and fish can be a risk but not here; both the sea trout starter and hake were as fresh as you can get this far from the coast and presented with some panache. Service was excellent, with our server turning up just when needed. My lady wife opined that her goats cheese starter was also as good as it can get. This was Tuesday lunch so there we were rather thinly spread but this place deserves our support; we will be back with family for an evening meal next week.

A fantastic little pub with low ceiling but packed with history and atmosphere. Good selection of beers and food on the menu, and a large outdoor dining area. I would recommend if you are dining indoor on a Friday night to make a reservation. The baked cheese was a great starter, and the fish n chips perfect.

All brilliant here. Lunch , yeh it's just great here, food really good , atmosphere just right , staff awesome, breakfast is also spot on , real ales , this pub is all you need.

Really enjoyed my first visits here, had a fab breakfast in a great setting with super lovely friendly staff, my friends have recommended returned for the Sunday roasts as apparently these are also amazing! I will definitely be returning thank you!

We were so happy to find an open place on Sunday evening. The vibe was great and the staff friendly. It was pretty full and busy which is always a good sign. We had 2 courses each with a drink and coffee afterwards and spent abpu 35 Pounds each. It was worth every penny....the food was delicious, beautifully presented and a pretty good sized portion. I'd love to come back....

Was visiting family in the area and stopped of for lunch, lovely inside and great atmosphere. We was served by the lovely Leanne who was very attentive and very friendly :) food was lovely and great portion size. Will most definitely come back again :)

Greeted with a friendly welcoming from our waitress Hannah and a warm and cosy atmosphere. Tried the lamb shank (new to the menu) beautiful and tender! Also had a sirloin steak, cooked and presented perfectly! All in all a lovely afternoon

My husband and I had a delicious meal at The White Lion yesterday evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was our first visit here, I wanted to try it as I'd seen a friend eat a meal they'd had delivered. Our server, Libby was wonderful and the food came out at intervals that didn't make us feel rushed or neglected. The pub is warm and inviting, welcoming regulars and random people alike. The menu has the classics but also some really unique creations and everything we had was beautifully cooked and presented. We very much enjoyed our evening.

Great Pub, staff all very friendly & helpful. Me and my extended family have been on many occasions to celebrate Birthdays, Baby Showers etc and Paul & the team are always very helpful. We never fail to bump into someone we know resulting in a good night out. Proper village pub feel with a personable hands on landlord. Special thanks this time of year for staff giving up their Christmas Day etc over the festive period. Happy New Year to Paul & The Team

Rooms are well presented, it's an old property so there are some quirks. Long walk to some rooms in the main building. Good choice of lounges to use but drawing room doesn't have a TV. Nice bar with plenty of choice. Restaurant specialises in Indian meals for dinner. Breakfast is buffet style with cooked and cold options. Friendly helpful staff. Nice walks around the grounds.

We recently held our intimate wedding at Warbrook and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I stayed the night before in the mansion house and the room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff made us feel very welcome and no ask was too much. I'd like to say  thank you to Harry who I believe works in the f&b team, he was always on hand for if he could help. Also a massive thank you to Sammy who was our wedding coordinator, she helped make the day as special as it was. From all of our email and phone enquiries (which there were plenty) she was always on hand to help. Then on our wedding day nothing was too much trouble and her attention to detail was amazing. The hotel has also recently completed a renovation and there are plenty of photo opportunities both inside and outside. If you are looking to hold an event at Warbrook they won't disappoint
