3 generations which included an 18 month old toddler and a 7 week old baby also not forgetting our family dog were all made so welcome for a delicious lunch. The staff looked after us so well and all were so kind and accommodating. The lunch menu choices were amazing with good vegetarian options. Spacious and comfortable for dining with a choice of areas inside and outside. High chair available. Really dog friendly. Good parking. We noticed on the bar you can buy duck food to feed the local ducks. We thoroughly recommend.

A truly fantastic experience. The service from our waitress Emily could not have been better! She was attentive, caring, and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is lively in the bar area, and more relaxed in the dining area. (Depending on your preference). The food was a little bit of let down. The beetroot Wellington was very dry. The deserts were the most disappointing aspect. The shortbread was undercooked. And the apple crumble had a tiny amount of custard and crumble.

Staff were great, a lovely village homely feel to the pub and the food was fantastic! Our waitress Kerris couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly to us or the dog!

We chose here for a meal for our wedding anniversary as we visited the day after our wedding 2 years ago and the food was great so thought we'd return, we definitely were not disappointed. We had a bread and olive start we shared this as its a great portion size and had roasts for mains I opted for beef and my partner had the pork belly, the food was again amazing. We were served by a couple of people but one person that stood out was Ryan he went above and beyond and is a credit to this establishment. We will definitely be returning.

Good staff make a great pub and the team at the White Hart are exceptional. It gets very busy as it is so popular. When it’s your turn, they give you their full attention and provide excellent service. The food and drink are first class. Well worth a visit if you are passing by and well worth revisiting many times if you are local.
