Booked here for a family birthday celebration. Lovely warm and cosy building but was rather quiet when we were there, but this could be that we chose a time between lunch and dinner. 1 small gripe was in a very quiet restaurant they placed another couple on a table very close to ours, meaning the servers couldn't easily get past even though their were plenty of empty tables away from ours. The service was quick and friendly and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back! 😃
We had a lovely meal, served by Scott. Fantastic customer service, wonderful meal in a cosy environment, will definitely be back!
The staff and manager were friendly. Food was good but a long wait after ordering. Manager said they hadn't expected to be so busy but previous reviewers seem to have had similar waits. Maybe the chef is slow or the kitchen understaffed?
Great swift service, friendly server, good timing, lovely food, great atmosphere - just what we wanted for a Sunday Brunch; the Dog loved the free biscuits and courtesy blanket too. We got lucky with Scottie as our server - welcoming, friendly, attentive when needed
