Kaushal Nick is the BESTTTTT person ever!! He makes the experience here absolutely AMAZING!!!! Because of him we’re coming here all the time and he gives us so many deals. Because of him he has literally gained a loyal customer forever. Genuinely down to earth person! INCREASE HIS PAY!!!!!!!!!!!! He’s an absolute legend!!!!!!!!

Absolutely loved the cookie dough which by the way became my favourite since. And the blue lagoon was so refreshing and balancing the sweet altogether. Food quality and service was really good, had an amazing time. Environment was also chill and lively.

It was lovely coming to this place, the sundaes were huge and they were so good we forgot to take the picture before we ate. There are plenty of options for all the tastes, and if you don't like desserts too sweet then the fruit sorbets are just the thing for you! Also kudos to the staff for letting us stay very late, I deeply appreciate you. Surely coming again with friends!

However, there was a slight hiccup during the billing process. As I went to pay, one of the staff members suddenly asked a rather random question, which caught me off guard. It turned out to be part of a customer survey, but the abruptness of the approach made it feel a bit disconcerting. While I appreciate the intent behind gathering customer feedback, I believe there is room for improvement in the way these interactions are handled. A more clear and thoughtful communication approach would enhance the overall customer experience. That said, the desserts and the overall atmosphere were fantastic. Urban Chocolatier excels in delivering delicious, high-quality treats, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone seeking a sweet indulgence. With a bit more polish in the customer service, it could easily become a top-notch destination for dessert lovers.
