Best place for desert in stokey! I’ve always walked passed it and never had the time to pop in and try until the last couple of weeks and the baked cheese cake is definitely one of my faves so far! I also tried the vegan dessert (orange slice pictures) out of curiosity. Definitely coming back.

The most lovely cafe with such warm and lovely owners. We have been coming for years and every time we are made to feel so welcome. The cakes are exquisite and the zinger smoothie cures our colds ! Thank you to La Duchesse for being such a place of great food, company and comfort !

Ooooh ❤ Was passing with friends and thought we'd stop by for a coffee and cake. Delicious coffee and exquisite tarts are absolutely to die for 😋 We had the lemon and the strawberry tarts. I have never tasted anything so delicious. Complemented the staff as we left and he said that they were all homemade. My absolute compliments to the chef! They taste as if they have been sent down from heaven. 😊 Really good prices lovely and friendly and a really great place to have lunch. We will absolutely definitely be visiting again I've already recommended it to all my friends. 😊

Hard to walk past the window. We failed. Saw the cakes and had to pop in to get some to take home. The taste citron was soft, fluffy and perfectly crafted. The salted chocolate fudge cake was superb and a healthy portion. Prices are very good for top class cake making. The savouring menu and stuff on show also looked wildly tempting. We will surely be back one day.

Most underrated cafe on church street. Every single time I’ve gone here the food has been impeccable. The coffees are always on point, the soup of the days are definitely my favourite item on the menu. The staff are very kind and polite and the service is great. The chocolate swirl cheesecakes are amazing, probably my favourite dessert dish there. Go here and you will not regret it lmao anyways
