I’m always welcomed here. I’m not a customer that goes in daily or even weekly but it’s rare that I have to tell them my order now as it’s always the same. It’s nice to see a familiar, friendly faces that you can have a rapport with. Unfortunately I don’t know all the names of the staff but Veronica is always helpful, kind and professional, has always gone above to assist me when she is working. In fact all the staff take their time to be welcoming, polite and professional. I have been to another local Costa and it’s a very different atmosphere and staff.
This is the best Costa in my opinion. Whenever I go to get a coffee I get treated by the lovely Bonisha, she’s amazing and always has a smile on her face. She’s very friendly to chat to and makes the Costa experience the best.
Veronica makes the best cappuccino! Always taste great and sets me up for the day 💪 She is always super friendly, and the staff in there are great. Would always highly recommend..
Quite a lot of Costa coffee shop near me, but this is my favourite one ! Very friendly staffs…
The customer service from Ria, Hetvi and Vishal was excellent. They took great care to prepare an allergen safe drink. The service was quick and friendly. The staff regularly cleaned the seating areas. I would go as far as saying it was the best service I have had in a coffee shop within the local area.
