The customer services are very nice serving me when I asked about a cake. I asked them it contains cinnamon or not because I don’t like the taste but i appreciated them when they checked the ingredients properly and asked me about the allergy. Also, the vibe is nice to study and enjoyable!!

Having a coffee shop on my way to university was such a bonus especially for 9am classes. I was able to order from my phone with the app and it was ready to collect from the shop. Loved that app service! The only reason I give it 4 is because of the cleanliness of the bathroom and the delay in queues due to slow customer service but other than that it's a nice warm place to sit and relax.

Wide selection of great coffees. This place is near my work, I come here often and try new coffee every time, never been disappointed. They have a great seating place which you can use as your work stations while taking a coffee and a snack. Highly recommend.

A lovely little coffee shop which serves a vast range of different coffees and beverages. They also serve gorgeous desserts too. We had the caramel and lemon doughnuts. There was plenty of seating indoors with outside seating too.

I have been here for coffee numerous times and had a snack but had never actually sat in for some food. Quick and efficient service and good coffee. I usually grab my coffee from larger chain stores which are a few steps away but after trying this independent small business, I’ve been convinced to carry on supporting local businesses, plus the coffees cheaper too! Looking forward to trying lots more from here.

I really like the food here. The price is good. I always get the Cajun chicken panini so have to try something else next time. Good tasty choices. And the can Oli is cheaper here than in other shops.

Loved this place. The portions are extra large. 10/10 for value for money. Whether you select breakfast or lunch you will not be disappointed. This is my third visit with the family and each visit was on point. Excellent customer service, friendly and welcoming. I don't hesitate to visit this.

Great place to eat breakfast or lunch. Suitable for children. Large size portions, no gimmicks. Love the mug of tea, a good coffee mocha or americano, lovely hot chocolate. Everything is halal, staff are lovely and friendly.

Better than most pub menu’s. Very well cooked food. cooked to a high standard. some of the best pub food I have had in a long time. Great scotch egg perfectly cooked Good fish and chips. Good wine list. Great service. Value for money I will go again.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for a brilliant meal we had a couple of weeks ago. We were a group of four friends having an early Christmas roast dinner. It was the best service I have had all year. We were served by three different ladies who were just so brilliant, warm and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble - including dog treats for the spaniel! We all said afterwards it was the best service we’d had in a long time. Including, in comparison, to some very “fancy” places. The food was superb. Perfect proper pub food! The whole package was spot on and there was nothing any of us could fault. In fact, I think it outshines a lot of other pubs in London that pride themselves on being really upmarket (aka overpriced!). The staff really made the whole experience. Young’s are very lucky to have them.

It was an anniversary dinner for me and my partner, and we had a lovely time! The food was excellent and quick, the staff were lovely and friendly (even added a couple candles to our puddings after we mentioned our anniversary). When booking the table, we asked for a quiet table and spot, and that was exactly what we got. We asked for a couple of cocktails that they didn't quite have the ingredients for, so they made some ad-hoc for us with what they had and thought was best, which made for a great couple of drinks!

Genuinely my favourite Starbucks. I go to Mile End Starbucks 3/4 days of the week around 7am. Each of the staff are so lovely and smiley. There is a gentleman, I believe his name is Kaz who always greets me with a warm welcome and has my order waiting. He also kindly uses a delivery lid on my cup as he knows I am walking to work. I really enjoy our morning hellos.

Just popped in to get a cup of hot Americano. The staff Darren is really nice and helped me a lot. You know it’s a challenge for us foreigners to calculate the coins. But dear Darren helped me do that and made me a good Americano as well! Thanks for Darren again! Strongly recommend this Starbucks!

On the app, I ordered the new iced strawberry matcha tea latte. The staff were friendly and made my drink quickly. The branch is conveniently located near the tube station and has free WiFi, as well has ample seating and a nice environment.

Honestly the best overall Starbucks, the quality and taste is so good your drink is perfected every time by the friendliest baristas ever !!! Darren will guarantee to make you smile! All of the baristas are amazing and the quality of the drinks never goes down when it's busy. This is a great spot to go to when you are in need of pleasant break or energy for work.
