Stayed in the hotel … and I had a really nice experience. Was not expecting for the rooms to be so nice. The only disadvantage … they have shared bathrooms. But the design in the room and the level of comfort really compensates this a lot. I recommend if you are in the area … just try it.
Had a great time this evening with a fantastic atmosphere, great music and selection of beers. Lovely and friendly staff. I will definitely be coming soon to have a roast.
My local pub, and it's fantastic, good food, drink and service. So under used, just an easy walk from Mile End or Devon's Road stations...carvery and quiz on Sunday, amazing open mike night on Wednesday, plus themed nights through the year. Great selection of local craft ales, stouts and lager, really worth a visit.
I had the Monday burger deal. The meat was a bit overcooked for my taste and did not have too much flavour. The burger buns were a bit tough to bite into. It is a good size burger and very filling. Service was great and very friendly. Although the pub was almost empty it has a very nice ambiance. Good selection of beers too.
We didn't stay here but we did eat here, and oh my word what delicious food. There is plenty of it you won't go hungry, and we didn't think it was overpriced either. We also thought the decor was fab and the staff were friendly too. We both recommend it and would certainly go again.
