Nice friendly cafe. Food good quality and price. Good coffee too. Not a huge indoors so can get busy at the weekend, but in summer lots more seating outside.
It was an absolute pleasure eating here one afternoon in Summer until I noticed a rat come out the kitchen door, go shooting past the floor and onto the pavement. I was most disenchanted to see such vermin so boldly promote its wares. I estimated it would have taken half a dozen staff to have got it under control but all of them were chatting in Italian and not one of them understood English. They look dodgy. Mind your pockets too.
My mum loves this place and always comes here for lunch or dinner. Very nice selection on menu, lots of lighter choices too. Very friendly staff, good service and great food. I'd Definitely come back and recommend. Update: My mum and I have been coming here for a number of years now. Everything is still great thankfully. My only slight negative is that the prices have got higher whilst portion sizes get smaller. Still recommend 100%. Check out my photos from my visit in Oct 2022.
Bang on the Eltham High Street, Plenty of food options on the menu being a Brasserie, Breakfast was alright but on the small side (Toast you get one cut in half... it's bread) costing more than £10, Latte was great but also pricey side no drink or coffee deal with breakfast. Kinda self service, walked in then get to pick your table outside or inside and then to order you need to go to the till and Pay first. Then you'll recieve your order. Often see it kinda busy weekends thought it would be good to try but i guess it's the high street.. location location! maybe the other dishes were the attraction 🤔
