Went for a birthday dinner there, the starters and the mains were absolutely delicious! But unfortunately cream brulé and lemon tart for dessert were very disappointing, almost as if they were brought from nearest shop. I was also surprised to read about special birthday treat on the website if you register your details. I've never received any emails about that.
Great festive atmosphere and menu (nice work chef and team). Marcel and his colleagues did an excellent job with the timing of the service and checking in on us. Many thanks all.
We went for a Sunday roast to this pub for the first time. We roast ordered chicken roast , kids fish and chips with few drinks and desert. Everything was delicious and so fresh. The atmosphere was nice and very cosy. However, the service was a bit slow and It wasn’t busy as we’re there around 6pm. We had to wait quite long between drinks . We wasn’t sure if they would have any roast left but they did and it was a good portion too. They had colouring paper and crayons which kept our little one busy and happy. We have recently moved to the neighbourhood and we are glad that we have this gorgeous pub nearby. Definitely will visit again.
Christmas catch up with my friends and couldn't choose a better place ! Very lovely atmosphere and food was excellent . Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
Went here after a christening and had a great time. The service made all difference as they accommodated the needs of our large group without trouble. Good cocktails and roast food, next to a fireplace. thanks to Katerina
