I first tried this salon a while ago (big deal as I don’t get my hair done that often) based on lovely reviews and they were absolutely spot on! I was made to feel so very welcome on my first visit and to this day it’s always the same! Emily is just brilliant at what she does and so friendly. It’s always a pleasure and the prices are excellent especially given how beautiful the salon is! :)

First time at the salon today, all staff were so welcoming and friendly. Made me feel so comfortable and my hair transformation was fantastic. Felt listened to and can’t wait to go again! Brill all round.

Always a wonderful experience. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced in hair and beauty. I have my hair, nails and toes done regularly. Always made to feel welcome and feel very confident that cleanliness and hygiene is at a very high standard. The prices are incredibly competitive for the service you receive. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved my experience of coming here. Had a patch test and a consultation before my actual hair appointment. Melanie was so passionate about her work and very much a perfectionist. I shown her a few photos of what I wanted my hair to look like and she did not disappoint. Loved the results. Thank you so much to Mel and the team.

Kloe is fantastic, my hair is always the perfect shade of blonde since going to her. She has also started to get my hair in good condition after a previous hair dresser had over processed it and it became damaged and weak. My hair is now starting to grow and become thicker. Kloe is great and I highly recommend her. The salon and staff are also great 👍😊

Had my nails and eye brows done here, as my usual nail salon never got back to me. Would recommend the women did an excellent job. Will be coming back to here in future.

There are no words to describe not only the girls at the salon but also the salon itself. The salon is warm, inviting and gorgeous. Sam and Shannon are the best at their job, been going to Shannon for a couple of years, my only complaint is that that I didn’t go to her sooner!

Absolutely amazing service from Shannon! I bleached my own hair at home which resulted in bright yellow/white hair. Shannon not only corrected my hair beautifully but listened to what tone I wanted and what I wanted to avoid. I have never been a fan of going to the hairdresser but I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. A massive thank you to Shannon and the other lovely lady that helped me. 100% recommend this salon & the staff! my hair looks amazing!! 😊

If I could put more than a 5 ⭐️ I would, I’d mark Best Kept secret 10/10. I’ve been going to Best Kept Secret for a few years now and every time I’ve been the service has been top notch. All the staff are welcoming, very pleasant, adhere to their clients needs and makes sure that all their clients leave happy with their new hair styles. Recently I decided to have a complete change. As you all probably know this is very daunting but Samantha and Shannon reassured me, made the change happen and I was amazed with my new look and it wasn’t over priced either. Very reasonable!! The salon is beautiful and love the tree in the middle, very unique my daughter loves that tree. It’s comfortable, clean and very welcoming. As soon as I walk in, I’m offered a drink and I even get some nibbles either it be Crisp or popcorn. I don’t think any other salon offers their clients a snack. I love this place and so does my little girl!

Fabulous hair and beauty salon! A professional salon with highly experienced skillful staff offering a range of hair and beauty treatments at a reasonable price . Also has staff training offering discounted treatments. All products used are excellent, including, Wella, Olaplex,Decleor, and Jessica nails. The main salon is clean light and airy. Beauty rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. A friendly welcome and coffee or tea are always on offer..

Fabulous service as always by Stacey. Also had a wonderful massage while waiting for my daughter's hair cut to be finished. Always gives genuine good hair advice. So reasonably priced too...what's not to like!🤩

Had my first pedicure and manicure here. As a man I was a little apprehensive about both. The staff were very welcoming and I was very happy with the results. Also had an amazing massage!

Was in Manchester for weekend as my son & husband were going to Football, so decided to get pampered! Very welcoming salon, Amy-Lois was really friendly & made me feel at home. The facial was amazing. It was so relaxing, especially as I had a shoulder, head & arm massage as part of the facial too. I highly recommend it. I will definitely book in again when I am back in Manchester.

My first time visiting Beauty and Bubbles today and wow, from the moment I walked in to when I left it was fabulous. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had booked an Indian head massage with Molly, she really does care about her clients and is passionate about her job. The massage was perfect, started with very warm hands too (which seems to be a rarity in other beauty places) it was so relaxing. Molly gave me some tips on oils to use in the bath to help with relaxation too. Thank you to Molly and all the staff at Beauty and Bubbles, I will definitely be back 🙂

I booked Beauty & Bubbles as a treat for my Husband & I for his birthday we went for the pedicures that were done by Fia & Chloe. Amazing service all the staff were friendly and attentive, before starting treatment they offered us complimentary drinks. I would definately go again and would recommend it to all family and friends.

All the staff seem really nice and genuinely care about the customers getting the best service! I was fortunate enough to get a less minute appointment and was seen by Sebastian who always makes my experience so genuinely enjoyable! Super friendly, nice and attentive. It’s rare to find someone that knows how to cut curls and puts 100% effort in which makes all the difference, so thank you again! I booked this salon whilst I was abroad, as it continuously came up as one of the top salons in Manchester. I also could see they catered to all hair types, which was a big deal for me. I was extremely pleased with how my hair turned out and how friendly the people were. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience with Sebastian! I walked in with no idea what I wanted and just let him do his thing—and I’m so glad I did. He gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had! We had a really nice conversation throughout, and he always made sure everything was perfect without taking a second longer. Had such a good experience!!! After covid lockdown the hairdressers around where i live in manchester have gone very pricey, my cousin and niece got theit hair done and i fell in love with it, so i got mine done and it was amazing from getting advice, wash and cut and stylr!!! Afshan is such a sweetheart. Such a lovely experience! She was very professional and worked so fast yet the results were impeccable. This was my first time getting my hair done and coloured and she put me at ease by talking me through the whole process step by step and ensuring I was happy with it.
