Just got a haircut from Kenny Chan, and oh my, IS HE TALENTED!!! I entered the premises with a bit of a mess of a haircut that I didn’t think was fixable. But came out with just such beautifully done hair that falls naturally and requires little to no maintenance. I couldn’t be happier with my hair! Kenny was also so lovely and welcoming. He made me feel very comfortable. He has a really nice, warm and calm energy to be around. While there are many talented hairdressers in Manchester, I’m starting to think that Asian hair is often best cared for by Asian hairdressers because this is the happiest I’ve been with my hair since moving to the UK in 2019. Also, it is worth mentioning that everyone I interacted with at the salon was lovely! Really enjoyed my hair wash from a lovely lady (I’m sorry I didn’t get the name) and the receptionist’s (Jacqueline’s) humor. Really grateful to have stumbled upon Kenny and Chrisalon today! I have nothing but praises! 🙌🙌🙌

I had my hair cut by Bella today at this salon, she has done an amazing job. I am usually reluctant to go to a new salon as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past but Bella completely put me at ease. She listened to me and was truly attentive to what I asked for. She checked in with me at each stage to make sure I was happy. I had a cut and finish and left happy and with exactly what I asked for, my hair feels lovely and I’m really pleased with it :) Bella was lovely to chat to and I really felt that she understood what I wanted from the cut and delivered this. I will definitely be back.

All the staff seem really nice and genuinely care about the customers getting the best service! I was fortunate enough to get a less minute appointment and was seen by Sebastian who always makes my experience so genuinely enjoyable! Super friendly, nice and attentive. It’s rare to find someone that knows how to cut curls and puts 100% effort in which makes all the difference, so thank you again! I got my hair cut by Lauren today and she's GREAT ✨ She took her time to figure out exactly what I wanted and better yet, she ran me through every step of the haircut, explaining what she was doing as she went. I've never had a hairdresser actually take the time to tell me what they're doing and it made me trust her 100% more. And my hair looks so nice, give the girl a raise 💅

I have recently gone to M3 after my usual hairdresser was on maternity leave. It’s always a nerve wracking experience going to a new hairdresser for the first time but, me and my dog, were made to feel super welcome. All of the people are really friendly and chatty. Steve is a gem, my cut and colour have been fabulous and he even did me a bold defused blow dry for an 80s festival, which was fab. Would highly recommend x

they did a fantastic job, accommodated me last minute, stayed open an hour past closing. Gave me a run down on what to expect. I loved the result. Was able to get a brown color from black with no bleach. Service was amazing, every staff member was incredible and nice. Would definitely come back here!

Amazing staff over here. I got my highlights done from here, they were so kind and were giving a homely vibe. My highlights were done by Fatima, she was so nice, she kept on asking if I like the look and was so careful to check of nothing is bothering me and I am comfortable. Soraya (the owner) was absolutely amazing. She was accommodating and made us feel comfortable right away. We walked in asking for so much and her and her staff (Kyra and Nay at the time) made it happen. An absolute delight all around. Smiles and laughter was shared! Coming from the states, this was a real treat. I recommend calling for availability first, they got busy!

Good location & nice shop but their staff always interrogate the customers more than the immigration staff at any airport in the world which is very unprofessional and unacceptable! The first question each of them ask is where are you from? The surprising thing is that all their staff are also non - British. They must stop this approach and should just focus to give a good hair cut!

Bahar did my keratin treatment on my very curly hair, she did an amazing job, so happy with the results, it took a while to do the treatment, she was very patient, and checked that I had breaks in between. She was chatty and helped the day go by, I would definitely recommend her, she’s very talented and hard working. It would be best to book in advance for this treatment
