I always get my hair done by Kelly, and the rest of the staff members are brilliant, too. Honestly, it is highly recommended, guys. I have been going to them for almost 2 years and am always satisfied 👍🫶👌🥰

I have been a regular client of Ila at The Hair Lounge since last year, who is not only a true professional and amazing at what she does, but is also a lovely person. I felt anxious when I first visited as I hadn't been to a hair salon in years but Ila, Caitlin and the rest of the team have been so welcoming and have made me feel at ease. Had such a good experience!!! After covid lockdown the hairdressers around where i live in manchester have gone very pricey, my cousin and niece got theit hair done and i fell in love with it, so i got mine done and it was amazing from getting advice, wash and cut and stylr!!! It was very affordable too!!! Emily was amazing thank you soo much emily.

I had my hair done by Ila who was so pleasant and lovely, I’ve had my hair done by her a few times now and she always does a fabulous job, highly recommend. She makes you feel so comfortable and welcome and engages in conversations, below are some of the cuts she’s done on me. 10/10 :)

Absolutely lovely place with friendly staff, I felt very comfortable even when getting my hair dyed for the first time! I came in for a caramel balayage and had my hair done by Kelly, I was serviced in the women's only section upstairs, they've managed to create a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balayage itself was beautiful, in my inexperienced opinion, I've received nothing but compliments on it from those who have seen it. I can't give much of a technical review of it since I don't know enough about the process but I can at least say that I have no regrets and love my new hair. The only reason this isn't 5 stars (it was very close) is the estimations I was given were not entirely accurate. The price was close enough, I was told it would be no more than 160 and it ended up being 166 in total. The time taken was the only real issue I faced, I was told it would take 3 hours but it ended up taking 4 hours which mildly disrupted my plans for the rest of the day. Overall, it was an almost perfect experience and I would definitely come here again.
