Wonderful service and people. For the first time in a long time, I've walked into a salon and didn't get any hard sell for products or unwelcome suggestions about how to style my hair. Julie knew exactly what I wanted and delivered with aplomb. To top it off, this place is a bargain. I'll be coming back and telling all my friends.

I would like to just say a big thank you to Perri, not only did he do a fantastic job on my hair. After I left the premises very happy, and with my young grandson in tow. Perri went out of his way to find us to offer us both a lift home as it was raining and cold. What a lovely thing to do, you truly did go above and beyond.. Went to shine on Tuesday for the first time. What a lovely experience. Perri, Lou and Rebecca were so friendly and welcoming. I felt like one of the family, I can understand why people have been going to them for years. Perri did a great cut on my fine hair and gave me loads of tips on how to style it to maximise the volume. After many years of suffering with limp hair 15 minutes after drying Perri answered my prayers within an hour. Wonderful salon, lovely team and great ambience. Highly recommend

I walked into the salon for the first time a few weeks ago, not thinking anyone could make much difference to my untidy, thinning hair, but Perry worked a miracle, and I left feeling elegant and very pleased with an excellent cut and great advice on how to blow dry my hair. I’ve been following instructions since then and I’m really pleased with my new look. The salon atmosphere is warm and welcoming. High quality. Low cost. I’ve found my new hairdresser.

Recommend this place to everyone, all my treatments have been amazing. I’ll never stop coming here because of how kind the lady is, she makes you feel so comfortable. Extremely professional as well and always has water and snacks to accommodate. In the summer she keeps the room cool and breezy & in the winter the room is always warm and cosy. She’s so caring.

My mother is suffering from sciatica. I contacted this lovely therapist on my friend's recommendation. She accommodated on very short notice. She was very professional and welcoming. She did a fabulous massage using a range of different techniques. She was very attentive to my mother's needs as she is a very nervous individual. My mother felt comfortable with her. The therapy room was very clean. Overall a great service I would highly recommend her.

I did waxing, my nails and a haircut with Rana. She is very professional and amazing at what she does. The waxing experience was so smooth I hardly felt any pain and she played music for a better experience. I will definitely be a regular client with her!

I went to Charm salon on Friday 31st Jan and got nail gel manicure done with Farah. It was my first time in this salon and I was very impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the salon. Farah was very friendly and welcoming and highly qualified in her field. I am definitely planning to keep this salon for my regular nail appointments. It only costed me 22.50 which is I think a very reasonable price.

I'm a mixed-race brotha in my early 50's and had my hair braided by a truly lovely sista called Sherelle. She takes great care, time and attention to detail and more importantly her neatness and symmetry is so on point! The best experience I've ever had at a hairdressers, great family atmosphere and service with a smile. Was so relaxed I nodded off nuff times! Highly recommended...5 stars all day long. I recently went to this amazing hair braiding salon, and let me tell you, it was fantastic! The stylist there did such an incredible job with my braids. They were super skilled and created the most beautiful and intricate designs. The salon itself had a really welcoming and comfortable vibe, which made the whole experience even better. Had the best first experience at Norah’s. I opted for a balayage and the results were amazing! Speechless really. 5 star is not a enough to rate this place. I rarely do a review but since i phoned to take an appointment i felt i should go directly to review this place as endless stars. Razia is so caring, i missed my way and was late for appointment. She sent me one of her team to pick me up. She welcomed me and directly started my straightening treatment. She is an expert, she knows what she is doing. She told me i can see that you had keratin about 4 months back which is so true. . She gave me all instructions needed and the results were even more than i have expected. I had the treatment before in different country and i can assure she is a professional in her job.This lady should be celebrated. I will definitely go back there. I got the Japanese Hair Straightening treatment and the results were insane! I have naturally curly afro hair and the picture taken was 72 hours after the treatment having not touched it at all, I couldn't be happier! All the ladies were really nice and made you feel welcome would definitely recommend this salon🤩 thank you I will be back again for my retouch!
