The lady’s that work at the salon are great . Julie the beautician listens to exactly what you want and she will make suggestions that perhaps you hadn’t thought of. Clean salon and full Ppe worn by the staff. Keep up the good work lady’s

I'm very nervous going to the hairdresser but Jackie put me at ease, she wasn't scissor happy and she gave good advice on how to ultimately achieve the look I wanted. Plus best blow dry I've ever had! No need for straighteners at all!

Went today for a dry cut with Emily T, really happy with my hair! Emily was great and took extra care to only remove the perfect amount off my ends to refresh my hair without losing much length! I'll definitely be going back to see her again 🥰

Visited The Hair Company today after having issues with my hair. I want to say a massive thank you to both Natalie and Katherine for their professional advice, and support. My hair already looks and feels 100% better and thanks to their great advice and recommendations my hair should start to repair and look healthier going forward.

I have been to a few salons but I could not really revisit any of them but not th Hair Company. This was my first visit and I love it. I love the ease of booking, I love the ambience, I love the cleanliness and the professionalism. I was served by Curtis and I will ask for him again. He was kind, professional and a simply nice person. I had long curly hair and I wanted a short cut. He considered how I would normally style it and the fact my hair is curly and didn't just cut for the sake of cutting. He gave me a beautiful finish too. Thank you Curtis, I will return before it is as long again!

First time customer and was so impressed! I went in for patch test and told a staff member what I wanted done, she examined my hair and advised a more appropriate plan that would not be as damaging to my hair. Donna cut my hair and it is probably the best cut I’ve had for the past 10 years! I love it so much. The salon was massively busy but everything seemed to run so smoothly, no one left waiting ages. Everyone was so friendly, I will definitely be back.

Lovely salon. I'd been looking for a salon specialising in short, curly hair post chemotherapy. Victoria always asks how I am managing my hairstyle and explains how she is going to cut it before proceeding with the haircut. She then shows how to style it at the end. The stylists here wash your hair, colour it and cut it so you have 1 person looking after you from start to finish. The mints with the coffee are also lovely! This place has been a great find! 08/09 Another precision cut again today. Such beautiful shaping - I particularly love the back. Thank you Victoria! 15/02 I am still thrilled with my hair. I decided to go curly just before Christmas and Victoria listened to my requirements and did a fabulous job yet again. I am really looking forward to my next visit to the salon. I am a demanding old Karen and know a good haircut when I see it having been to some of London's top salons. Moving to Manchester, I did find one excellent hairdresser who promptly hightailed it to Dubai. In the interim, my hair grew to almost waist length as I searched through reviews, reading through the lines, and found Melissa Timperley and, by accident Joe. I can honestly say this is joint first in the chart of the best haircuts I've ever had (and I was modelling in the 1970's). Joe listened to me and what I wanted and gave me the perfect cut. Importantly, a good five months after the cut and style, I can do what I want with my naturally curly hair and it looks good. Utterly delighted!

I booked a curly haircut with Mia, and she was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I’m a nervous salon goer, as the hair I want and and the hair I walk out with very often don’t match up however that wasn’t even remotely the case here with Serena. She listened to everything I wanted to say, suggested a treatment more suitable (and less expensive!) than I was originally booked for, and didn’t touch my length which I was very, very particular about and despite making this clear everywhere I go, never seems to be listened to! I would recommend Italian Touch to anyone, particularly those interested in vibrant hair colours which Serena absolutely nailed !

Had a wonderful experience in my colouring session. I went there for my appointment with my baby, they gave me a private quite room so that me and my baby had privacy during the whole session. The lady dasty who did my hair colour was a very wonderful lady, did exactly the same colour which I showed her in the picture. All the staffs including the honour were very nice and warm. They all made sure that I dont face any problem with my baby. I highly recommend the salon because of their good work and behaviour. Cant be happy enough!! Keep up the good work team!

Her expertise and skill truly stand out, and I highly recommend her! She also did an incredible hair treatment that made an immediate difference—my hair looked noticeably healthier, shinier, and more vibrant. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was completely happy and satisfied before I left the salon.
