Great cut and colour, so pleased and a third of the price in City Centre. Friendly and chatty, made me feel very welcome on my first visit yesterday. Comments from colleagues today are a boost.

I've been going to hairphoria since 2015, and I can't fault them. Nat is amazing and always does exactly what I want even when I don't know what I want myself! I've had spray tans, eyelashes, nails, makeup, and many hairstyles, cuts and colours from the girls at hairphoria. I can't imagine going anywhere else, still a loyal customer going into 2023. Thank you Nat for everything x

I was really anxious about this today, as I haven't been to a proper salon in 8 years due to my own anxieties. But I need not have worried or been anxious at all. The staff were lovely, efficient and super professional. They made me feel at ease which was nice. I'm a creature of habit so I will be going back for the foreseeable future. Had my hair done today by Melissa, absolutely love the results! Fab stylist who always gets me looking exactly how I want ⭐️ Also had my brows laminated, waxed and tinted by Ellie, and they are amazing! She’s lovely and so good at what she does ⭐️ The girls in the salon are fabulous and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Beautiful salon with amazing staff. Everyone is so welcoming, lovely atmosphere and clean and tidy. Melissa did my colour and I love it so much and Freya did an amazing job at my bouncy blow. Offer many different services such as nails and beauty. Really lovely team of people. Thank you xx

Lots of amazing things to say about this salon and I have never felt more comfortable from the minute I walk through the door. Every single member of staff is welcoming and amazing with lovely smiles on their faces. My hair was in an awful condition and when Melissa got her magical hands on it it’s never been in such a healthy condition. She’s caring listens to you and is very passionate about her job and leaves a sparkle where ever she is. Honestly the best salon ever.

I have been a client at Room 35 for many years for both hair and beauty treatments. I cannot praise them highly enough, always a very high quality and friendly service and they have dealt with the new guidelines around the pandemic with utter professionalism. They are all lovely and hard-working girls and this is reflected in the quality of their services. Thank you ladies :-)

I have used this salon for the past couple of years for my hair cut and colour. Always found the girls to be friendly accommodating and professional in fact some of them have become friends. The products they use are all high quality decent products and their prices are competitive of the area. As I work for the NHS it is imperative that I follow Covid guidelines and will always use local business that I feel are fully Covid compliant this salon is exceptional with compliance, despite seeing a previous review stating otherwise!! There are plenty of hand sanitisers, social distancing, the Track and Trace app and all staff wear masks. Would highly recommend.

I have been having my hair done at Room 35 for many years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. The salon is always clean and tidy and since the salon reopened after lockdown all safety measures are in place and followed to the letter. Masks and PPE are always worn and everything is cleaned in-between clients. Lizzy, who does my hair, talks to me about what I want and is always honest about what is achievable and what is best for the condition of my hair. I always walk out loving my hair and the colour is always spot on. I feel like I get pampered every time I go and enjoy the friendly chat that is always there. The value for money is brilliant so I can afford to go back regularly for a treat. Room35 really is the best. 😀

Cannot fault Room 35. Lizzy is absolutely fantastic, she has been doing my hair for since about 2008. She is the best hair stylist I have ever had and even though I don't live in Failsworth I have always returned to Room 35. The one time I went else were (for an emergency highlight) it was a disaster, so never again. All the staff are really friendly and have done their up most to protect each other and their clients during the recent pandemic

A fabulous salon with a warm and friendly environment. Stacey is extremely professional and passionate about what she's doing and takes so much pride in wanting to enhance features and give confidence back to you. Her knowledge is wonderful and she will talk to you and show you what she thinks is best line of treatment to help address your concerns. Her salon has so many fantastic treatments on offer. Stacey also has a lovely warm n friendly team around her and all are so professional. Well done to a local lady for such a wonderful salon. Xxxxxxxx

I attended the ASTHETICS CLINIC ,was made to feel very welcome on arrival . My appointment was with Emma .I found Emma to be very professional through out my treatment. Emma gave me good advice and made me feel at ease. Thank you to Emma and also Stacey for making the appointment. I would highly recommend this fabulous state of the Art ASthetics Clinic.

Stacey is amazing at what she does. So knowledgeable and knows exactly how to make you feel completely comfortable throughout the whole experience. My journey to see Stacey is a 3 hour round trip but the results are totally worth it! I would never trust anyone else with my face!!

I love visiting Stacey, she has been looking after my skin for the last year and it’s never been better. Being of mixed heritage I have issues of oiliness and pigmentation as well as the normal signs of ageing starting to creep in. Stacey is a fountain of knowledge, she always makes sure you are totally comfortable with her treatment plans before doing anything, I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else and highly recommend her.

Professional,friendly and welcoming. In comparison to other salons in the area this one is fantastic value for money. I take all my girls teenagers to young adults and my little boy. We wouldn't go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had my hair washed cut and blown again by Janette, my hair always looks fantastic afterwards and it stays like that until I wash it. I always feel great after my visit. Everyone Is friendly and welcoming. I would have no hesitation from recommending them.

Very friendly hairdressers. I felt welcome as soon as I stepped into the salon. My hair looks exactly as wanted it, great value for money and they gave me plenty of hair care advice too. I will definitely be booking my next appointment here.

I would definitely recommend this place, from the minute I arrive for my appointment they was very welcoming and lovely to chat to, I had a cut and perm the price for the service was brilliant it was a low price for excellent hair service. I’ve had perms for around 11 years from different hair salons but I have to say that the perm I had done here is the best I’ve had done in about 10 years it was done perfect and exactly how I wanted it. I will certainly only be using this hairdressers in the future. And I recommend everyone else to use this place to as you won’t be disappointed 🙂

I can't rate it 10 or I would. I'm a very difficult customer and like very unusual designs. Any request I've made it's been honoured and then some. I'm often stopped and complemented on my nails... these are the most "basic" I've had

I used this shopfor the first time. omg wa and ann was amazing. I was a bit panicky at first as they had my colour but not the leaves.but ann was very creative and I asked for swirls. and she made me happy with her workmanship. I couldn't get over how clean the environment was towards other shop I was going to.and I love how they use an appointment system. as like me I'm a busy lady.so you can plan your time.how good is that.i had change of colour and design. clear jel powder and colour. price good value. 👍 you won't regret. one happy lady .they both very friendly. thanks to you both. 💖

This man is amazing! Only have my nails done once in a blue moon and went to a local lady who came recommended- but the were thick and out of shape. This man fitted me in without an appointment and fixed them. Lovely couple, can’t recommend highly enough xx

Mollie has been doing my hair for years, she is so professional and creates the most perfect blends, I wouldn’t trust anybody else!

I have always found it difficult to match my hair colour to extensions and its never looked quite right with hairdressers in the past. Molly was so open and honest about what she thought would work best and I trusted her wholeheartedly and my hair has never looked better. She is so kind and really cares about making her clients look and feel good. I would never go to anyone else now. I will be 75 still getting Molly to do my hair.

Daniella did my wedding makeup and she was absolutely incredible! All 6 of my bridesmaids, my mum and I, loved our makeup and received so many compliments throughout the day. She is so talented! She knew exactly how to change up the look to suit everyone individually and enhance everyone’s natural beauty 🥰 We all looked flawless! Our makeup lasted all day and looked great on the pics! Daniella was an absolute babe - Super friendly, helpful, great communication and just an overall lovely addition to our bridal party. Highly recommend!❤️ Xx

I couldn’t recommend Daniella enough! Not only did she fit me in with a couple hours notice. But my makeup was exactly what I want and lasted all day and night, even in 30 degree heat. Can’t thank her enough, definitely recommend.
