Very happy with the service provided by Leisure King. The young women set up discretely and without fuss - they were very competent. The only reason for not giving five stars was that the stalls were very dark and I think they should have been lit up with some fairy lights or LEDs. It would have made them look more enticing.

All I can say is WOW! I hired Leisure King for our Christmas party and they were fantastic. All the staff were incredibly helpful in the run up and made booking easy. On the day Steve and Esther were superstars. They got everything set up and looking great, then got the games started. We all had so much fun and laughed so much. The prizes and trophy were an extra nice touch. 100% recommend, really good value and made our day amazing!

What a wonderful end to the working week! Friday 13th - (we were brave!!!) but the weather was amazing and we had a fantastic time. Leisure King were great - we opted for archery, crazy golf, an escape room, a high striker, a buzz wire and a game show (in case it rained!) - that mix was perfect for our very varied age group. Steve and his team were efficient and really helpful in making our event a huge success - everyone wants to do it again next year which is surely the best endorsement you could ask for!

Steve and Sarah from Leisure King hosted our Merry Mayhem Gameshow for our staff Christmas party in Brands Hatch. They turned up on time and provided us with everything to make this gameshow a success including, prizes, trophies, and all AV equipment. The games were fun and interactive. Plus, the personalised round was a nice touch for our team. It was so much fun and the whole team were laughing throughout the two hours of competitive shenanigans. I would definitely recommend Leisure King for team building and special occassions. *The hats in the pictures were our idea. You won't be forced to where silly hats.

The Lost Village of Dode provided the most magical setting for our wedding celebration. This unique, lovingly restored deconsecrated church exceeded all our expectations as an exclusive-use venue. Becky and Charlotte were incredibly attentive throughout the day, ensuring our guests felt relaxed and welcome in this stunning location. Their professionalism and dedication to making our day perfect were truly outstanding. The venue itself is breathtaking, with its Norman architecture and picturesque grounds creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere. Our guests were in awe of the beauty and history of the Lost Village of Dode, and many commented on how wonderful they found the location and service. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to exchange our vows and celebrate our love. The Lost Village of Dode will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we highly recommend it to any couple seeking a truly unique and unforgettable wedding experience. We just wanted to say a massive thank you to the whole team at The Lost Village of Dode for making our whole wedding experience so incredibly special and authentic as we had hoped. From start to finish, everything was perfect, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care you all put into our celebration. A special mention must go to Paul, who was absolutely amazing. He performed our handfasting ceremony, which was so meaningful to both of us and something we will treasure forever. His warmth and energy made the moment even more magical. We were also blown away by Matt, who went above and beyond in ways we could never have expected. He wasn’t just our photographer, but also our go-to person throughout the whole day. From the moment we arrived, Matt was there, calm and reassuring, especially before the ceremony. His support helped ease any nerves we had, and he ensured that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Plus, his friendly, approachable manner made him a real joy to have around—our guests loved him, and we’ve already seen some incredible photos! And of course, we can’t thank Becky enough for all of her hard work and guidance throughout the entire year. From the moment we met her in January, she was a constant support, helping us navigate all the planning and making sure every detail was covered. She was the calm and steady hand we needed throughout the planning process and on the day itself. We truly felt that with Becky and the whole team, we were in the best possible hands. We’re so happy to have celebrated our wedding at The Dode, and we know it will always hold a special place in our hearts. We look forward to returning over the years as we grow older together. Dode is a peaceful, atmospheric and intimate venue away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. There is something very special about it which is not easily put into words. We had a wonderful wedding day here and the team were so supportive from start to finish answering all of our questions and helping sort things so the day went smoothly. Despite being a nearly 1000 year old venue they were able to assist family members that had access needs enter and exit the venue as needed. All of our wedding guests had a lovely time and kept commenting on how ‘amazing’ and ‘unique’ the venue was.

I recently got married at Dode and highly recommend this place! It’s very peaceful, calming, unique and unlike other wedding venues. Becky was very helpful with the wedding planning and Paul was brilliant on the day. A big thank you to all the staff involved. I’ve worked with Kent Event Packages on a number of occasions and have always found them to be organised, friendly and professional, always putting on a fantastic show and meeting the client’s brief. The DJs have always been brilliant and have created a great atmosphere for each event. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Everyone had an amazing night.. they really took the stress out of organising a party… highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an initial consultation with Heather and she came up with designs based on our brief. From there, nothing was too much trouble when it came to any alterations that we needed and responses were always so quick. We found ByBlossom Wedding Stationery at a Wedding fair at Detling and we loved their designs straight away. We had a consultation with Heather who was lovely to work with and very helpful. She made suggestions for designs based on our venue and tastes, and she suggested stationery we hadn’t thought about but loved, like a cake menu (we had a lot of cake!). ByBlossom were very quick to make tweaks to our designs, and there were different price options based on foil/no foil which we liked. We absolutely loved all of our stationery and it blended beautifully into our venue and theme.

ByBlossom are fabulous, I can highly recommend them. We had our daughter's wedding stationery done by them after seeing their work at the Gravesend studio. Nothing was too much trouble for Heather (she's great!). She was very responsive to emails & calls & was willing to tweak & adjust everything until the happy couple were happy 😊There was a wonderful range of designs/options for all tastes & colour schemes. From the moment I found Cooling Castle Barn online, I had fallen in love with this venue, to the day we viewed we both knew we wanted to book our wedding day here. The team at cooling are some of the most gorgeous people, nothing is too much and they happily answer all of your questions. Holly was our day manager and she a stunning person, she made the whole day run so smoothly alongside Stephen our Toast Master. Without a doubt have their toast master in your wedding day if you can because it takes all of the stress away from you and your bridal party. They know exactly what they need to do and when and it is just the little things that help make you live in the moment. Best day of our lives, stunning venue, amazing food and large portions, party and laugh until your heart is content!! Our Wedding day was in May 2024.

We had our wedding at Cooling Castle Barn on a beautiful Sunday in the summer, and it was amazing. The staff and organisation on the day were spot on (including the great ceremony master) and took a lot of pressure off the maid of honour and rest of the wedding party. We got married in the garden which looked beautiful and needed minimal decoration, and the barn itself felt magical. The food was good (and really pleased they were able to do a customised canapé from my home country). And it was great that our family and close friends could stay in the rooms on-site. I would definitely recommend Cooling Castle Barn as a wedding venue to others.
