Food is incredible, the staff are amazing, the grounds are vast and well kept and the original charm of the building still exists, which is a rarity for wedding venues! To finish my review up up, Hayne House is an amazing wedding venue! The whole day was seamless, look forward to coming back for another wedding in the future!

We had the most unforgettable day at Hayne House and we can't thank the team enough for making our wedding beyond perfect. From securing our date through to the very end of the big day, your support and attention to detail were outstanding. Everything exceeded our expectations and we owe it all to the amazing venue and team that made it possible. For anyone considering where to get married, we cannot recommend Hayne House highly enough. The Orangery is breathtaking, the food was perfect, and the bar was also brilliant. So many of our friends and family have expressed what a fantastic time they had! I’ve really enjoyed the weddings I’ve photographed here. Hayne House is nestled in the countryside near Hythe. It’s surrounded by open fields and woodland and they’ve worked really hard on making it a venue that is great for photos but also as a sustainable wedding venue. They’ve built an orangery and a gazebo for indoor or outdoor ceremonies and the orangery works brilliantly for the sit down meal and dancing in the evening too. I drive my electric car to every wedding I can and I also draw my electricity from renewable sources so when I heard that Hayne House are aiming to become a carbon neutral venue within the next few years I was really pleased to hear about all they are doing to lessen the carbon footprint of each wedding that happens there. From wedding favours to where they source their food from to how they power their venue I think these guys are leading the charge for sustainable wedding venues. Stunning wedding venue. I had such a nice time here for a wedding, I honestly can't wait to go back. Very well run, stress free and amazing location :) We even had the chance to drive a few minutes over to the cliff tops for a few portraits, insanely awesome

Absolutely beautiful venue and sweet atmosphere. The food was all excellent, as well as the service. We were here for a birthday party and really enjoyed ourselves. One suggestion I have would be to create a separate, designated, covered smoking area. While people were not smoking inside the buildings, the walkway between the 2 main ones was crowded with smokers, which was a problem for me. I'm highly allergic to cigarette smoke, so had to hold my breath just to walk through. This was doable, but uncomfortable, to be sure. We still both really enjoyed the event and the atmosphere of the Red Barn.

Went for a family wedding. Very different from the traditional. Service outside in small garden area, then one barn area for the meal and another for the bar/evening disco. Staff very well organised, lucky the weather was on our side.

The minute we walked into the grounds of The Secret Garden we knew that this was the venue for us! The grounds are absolutely stunning and it has a relaxed English Country Garden vibe. Amy and Aisha were amazing, always on hand to answer all our questions, setting up our meetings as we got closer to the day, nothing is to much trouble and our day run perfectly - thank you to all the fantastic staff there that made this possible! The choice of food options were absolutely perfect for us, having the 3-course sit down dinner during the day and coned fish & chips in the evening. We attended both taster evenings... any excuse to try out as many food options as possible and this did make it hard for us to choose!! Our day was absolutely perfect, we couldn't have wanted a thing better - my husband and I highly recommend this hidden little paradise ✨️ ❤️

Where do I start? From the open day, we knew the Secret Garden was the perfect place for us—a beautiful English gem. From start to finish, the staff at Secret Garden were exceptional, with a special shout-out to Alisha, who was with us every step of the way. The venue is perfect, and they ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. We received wonderful feedback from friends and family, especially about the food—it was amazing! Everyone left feeling full, with many saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had. We couldn't have done it without the incredible team. If you're planning a wedding, I 100% recommend visiting the Secret Garden.

The Secret Garden truly is such a gem of a wedding venue, and one of my absolute favourites in Kent! As a wedding photographer myself having an exclusive stunning garden space to shoot is such a big win, especially with it changing so much in every season, with so many different spots to explore and photograph. With that outdoor space for guests and couples to relax in the sun, the fantastic team who'll do anything for their couples, and the epic food. It's one amazing location for weddings that I'd highly recommend!

Wow... where to begin. The Secret Garden is THE dream wedding venue!!! The entire process, from the first visit to the day itself, could not have been a better experience. To Amy and Mas especially, thank you so much! You were absolutely incredible and could not have done more to ensure that we had the most special day imaginable. The food is something all of our guests still talk about to this day, particularly our gluten free guests who the venue went out of their way to cater for. From dropping things off the day before, to picking everything up that The Secret Garden team had gathered together the next morning, we couldn't have dreamt of a better venue. David & Meg ❤️

We attended our son and daughter in law's wedding reception last Saturday and we couldn't fault anything. The food was beautifully prepared, hot and delicious, the service unobtrusive yet efficient, clearly the staff have been trained to a high standard. Good leadership obviously in place. As restaurateurs ourselves it was great to be able to completely relax and enjoy such a special occasion. Well done all round, thoroughly recommend.

Couldn't wait to put our review on here! From the day of looking round venue and meeting Peter and planner Debbie, we just knew this was the right choice of venue, professional, friendly and so very accommodating! The food was absolutely the best and all 100 guests for 3 courses (3 choices) were amazed with the very tasty and fantastic presentation, all served got and fresh by very lovely staff! We had to get the chef out to his embarrassment (sorry) to a massive cheer and applause! It truly was the best day ever, everyone had a fantastic time thanks to Debbie, staff and all the careful details to plan! Thank you, thank you xx Mr & Mrs Cooke

During the day there are fantastic views over the channel and at night a black backdrop for a lovely function room. Food was excellent and despite being mass catered treated like individually prepared meals. Drink fairly expensive but a good variety.

Went here for a lovely, small wedding reception. Beautiful location, the room making the best of the light and view over the channel. Lots of outside space on a wraparound balcony. Very helpful greeting and catering staff. Stairs or a lift from Leas level down to the Channel Suite. Underground parking nearby in Sandgate Road car park (open til 9pm unless there's an event on at Leas Cliff Hall) and there's a connecting tunnel to the Leas, very convenient. Would recommend for any party or celebration.
