I had an engagement ring ready to go for numerous weeks/months, but I just couldn't find the right moment or scenario that felt special enough. I then came across the proposal experts, and after a short consultation I had a list of 5 or 6 proposal ideas customised for me. They were carefully produced based on our discussion with included prices, descriptions, and pictures. After a couple more conversations we settled on Highcliffe castle, a setting safe from any poor October weather. They decorated the grand hall beautifully, organised an acoustic singer with my chosen song, a photographer, and constructed the scenario to enable the big surprise. My proposal could not have gone better, it was beautiful, we even got the weather so were able to head down to the beach for extra photos. If there is anyone out there wanting to propose, but unsure how you want to do it, eliminate the stress and get in touch with Nadia and Sophia, let them deal with it :)

Nadia has been fantastic in arranging my proposal in very short amount of time and is very flexible to changes and requests. What a beautiful place, so pretty and calming for funerals and other ceremonies. The staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome, and we are forever grateful to Steels' funeral directors and Claire, our ceremony speaker it was just perfect for our needs and wishes. The garden room was stunning with it beautiful garden view and the river running through. Celia would have been very pleased we chose you to help us send her onto her new garden up above x. Thank you so much x Parking place to help to others there is a big car park over the road from the little roundabout it is set back a little bit from the traffic lights and pedestrian crossing big red building 9 floors and 3 pounds to park for the day! As soon as we walked into Chesil House we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding, it ticked every box it even has a lift for those in our family that would need one. Charlotte and her team were amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble, everything was just seamless and stress free, even when the Limo we booked was too long to fit into the yard, Charlotte sorted it. There was never any need for us to panic or stress. Our wedding day was perfect in every way, Chesil House, the beautiful gardens, everything was stunning. One of our guests was unfortunately taken unwell early in the day, everyone at Chesil house rallied around to make sure everything was taken care of. We were continually updated and knew that they were in safe hands and being looked after which helped us to continue enjoying our special day. We cannot recommend having your wedding at Chesil House highly enough. We had the perfect day with so many memories that we will cherish forever. Danielle was the venue manager and planner extraordinaire for our wedding at the English Oak Vineyard this summer, she did such a wonderful job at ensuring everything was well coordinated and thought through, gave great advice and honestly went above and beyond to make sure that our day went perfectly. You have to book The Barn at Avington for your wedding it is a stunning venue by the river Itchen with beautiful scenery and most importantly you get Stacey Page help you with your big day!! As a person who loves organisation, watching Stacey and her team work was SO SO SO SO satisfying. They were smooth and seamless and without them our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. All the stress and anxiety of a DIY wedding just went away on the big day when Stacey and her team took everything out of our hands. We had a wonderful experience marrying at this venue. We wanted a beautiful setting with exclusive use for the full weekend, the flexibility to choose our catering options and lovely accommodation on site – we got all that and more at Manor Estate. Pippa is a delight to deal with, from the minute I met her I felt relaxed but knew that she would get things done! As it’s Pippa’s own business in her family estate, she really cares and we felt confident we would be well looked after, which we were. We had hoped to have the ceremony outside and although weather didn’t cooperate on the day, Pippa remained flexible and had both indoor/outdoor bars prepped in case there was the opportunity to be outside – which was wonderful when the sun shone after the ceremony for our drinks reception! The gardens are so pretty, there are so many beautiful photo opportunities. There is a good sized list of approved caterers to choose from which meant we had the flexibility to choose what suited us, whilst knowing that the caterers have done previous weddings at our venue. There is lovely accommodation on site (two separate wings), and with exclusive use for the weekend it meant that we could really enjoy the venue with our family rather than it all being over in a day. Being able to decorate the venue the day before really took the stress out of the preparations and Pippa was on hand to help and answer any questions, as she had been since the very beginning, always responsive and helpful. Pippa also went above and beyond helping my work colleagues coordinate a present to be delivered to the venue for us. We couldn’t have hoped for more and would highly recommend this beautiful venue.

We had our Wedding at the Manor Estate on August and it was the best day. Pippa is always on hand to set up and take down. During the day she was behind the scenes with the music and changing over of the room. It is the most beautiful venue and we are truly grateful to Pippa and her team! We had our wedding here on June 15 2024 after finding this beautiful venue over a year beforehand when in our initial planning stages. We were initially drawn to the venue by the picturesque grounds and beautiful interiors. After a virtual tour and a face to face visit, we fell even more in love with the place and decided to go ahead and place our deposit. Over the next year, we planned our day which, due to the natural beauty of the barn and grounds, required us to need minimal decorations - we didn't want to distract from the natural features of the barn or the lovely outside areas. Pippa was amazing throughout the whole planning stage, ensuring we were well prepared in the run up to the big day. Her personality and relaxed yet professional attitude shone through during our initial meets and really helped us to reach the decision to use the venue for our special day. Due to the unpredictable British weather, our original plan of being married outside was decided for us - the day before, we made the call to get married inside the barn due to the unwanted rain we were having. Although a little disappointed to have missed out on using the beautiful space outside for our ceremony, it was actually a blessing as our inside ceremony felt more intimate and enabled all of our guests to hear our wedding vows. We still managed to get some great photos later in the day within that beautiful space by the river having taken advantage of some intermittent sunshine. Pippa was around to help set up beforehand and on the wedding day itself, she (and her mum and partner) made the day go smoothly. The turnaround of the venue's indoor space (from ceremony, to wedding breakfast, to evening reception) was seamless and everything was set up to our requests and it looked beautiful. The wedding day itself was just perfect for us despite the on/off rain and Pippa definitely played a part in enabling our beautiful day to go so well. My family and I stayed in the South Wing the night before and night of the wedding. The accommodation was faultless and helped to create that calm atmosphere you need just before your wedding day. Who'd have thought we'd be appreciative of a log fire in June! Using the bridal suite to get ready with my bridesmaids was a real highlight. We all had so much space to do our thing with our hair and makeup artist also being able to set up with ample space, and our photographer able to navigate between us all with ease to get those all important 'getting ready' shots. Some of our guests stayed in the Courtyard the night of the wedding and passed on their comments as to how clean and comfortable the accommodation was. All in all, I would urge anyone to consider the Manor Estate for their wedding venue as not only is it breathtakingly gorgeous, but the help with planning and the support throughout the whole day was impeccable. Pippa really helped to completely eliminate any wedding-stress which allowed for all of us to enjoy such an amazing day together. Pippa - thank you so much for having us for our wedding day. You've helped to create memories that we will all treasure for the rest of our lives together. Thank you also to your mum for helping the bridal party to arrive to the ceremony without getting soaked! Also, thank you to Mr Pippa for his help throughout the day. We had an amazing experience with John as our wedding DJ! From our first contact, he was incredibly efficient, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making the whole process so much easier. We opted for the DJ service, laser light, and the giant “Mr & Mrs Smith” light letters, all of which added a special touch to our evening. John kept the energy up all night with a fantastic array of music that appealed to everyone. The dance floor was always full, and our guests had a wonderful time. Yesterday evening was a Diamond Wedding 60 years Celebration in Lyndhurst. John Smart, the DJ, was absolutely fantastic. The music played was perfectly chosen and really got everybody up dancing. On the day, they were on-site exactly when promised, and handled all my queries with patience and a smile, even when I was a bit indecisive. We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

Stacey is a genuine, warm, helpful and wise person. She is very personable and grasps a good understanding of individuals, couples and their visions for their dream celebrations. We opted for on the day management and this was invaluable especially as we had a number of unforeseen challenges to contend with in the run up to and on the day (15.06.24) such as our wedding cake maker cancelling just one month before and entertainment arriving late on the day! Her team are proactive, resourceful and good fun. On our day, Jess was leading and she and the rest of the team were great engaging with us, our guests and even leading on the Candy by Cameo dance 💃🏻 Thoughtful messages and gifts from Stacey before and on the day really enhanced the experience for us and we can wholeheartedly recommend the service she provides for anyone who wants full planning and/or on-the-day coordination for weddings or any celebration in fact!

I cannot recommend Stacey & her team enough! I worked with them for the first time last summer (although I had heard great things from other suppliers previously). It was effortless! Everything ran so seamlessly; nothing was too much trouble. They helped gather people for photos, which is always great! Everything was considered and organised so well, from our quick-fire family photos to Stacey’s genius plan of doing a receiving line on the way out of the drinks reception to make sure our guests started to make their way to their seats on time. We received so many compliments from our guests about Stacey and Ali and how brilliant they were. The fact that we are still WhatsApp-ing 2 months after the wedding tells you all you need to know – Stacey genuinely cares about the couples she works with. RCM captured the launch of the New Forest Youth Board perfectly. They produced a great video, social media reels and photos which were high quality, to our brief and met our branding guidelines. They were great to collaborate with throughout the process and fitted seamlessly in with the residential weekend where this group met for the first time, producing great content with minimal disruption to the flow of the weekend.

We recently used RCM to help us in producing a Recruitment Video. They were an amazing help and really took the time to understand who we were as an organisation as well as what we were hoping to achieve with the video. Right from the start with the proposal all the way through to the final editing and wrapping up stages of the process RCM went way above and beyond what we expected. The final pieces they delivered to us have been amazing and we couldn't have asked for any better. The whole team at RCM were great at helping us plan everything out which really helped things run smoothly on the day. They were all wonderful at putting our staff who featured in the film at ease which helped us get some really great and authentic footage which is exactly what we were looking for. Not only did we receive great service from everyone, they were very quick and efficient at turning around the filming and photography they did for us. They were also very patient and happy to make last minute edits that we required. We really enjoyed working with RCM through the whole process and would highly recommend them!
