We arranged a family get together at the Royalty for a Sunday roast. We had a table for 8 and whilst service was a little slow, the food was delicious. The duo Sunday roast with two meats was great. Never had a roast with mash and roast potatoes before and personally I would of preferred more veg but still enjoyed the meal

We visited The Royalty after watching the runners doing the Chevin Chase, Boxing day run, which is just.up.tje road! The place was busy, but it didn't take long to get served. I had a pint of Tetley Better, which was very nice! I could have had a few more, but we were on our way to another appointment. The place was busy with prep book dinner orders, and they were not taking walk-in food orders until at least 14:00. There is an outdoor seating area, which will have a great view on a clear day, so we will be back another day!

Visiting family in the area. Lovely location/views.. very friendly and welcoming.. food outstanding.. good quality..home made.. the pork belly bites starter was amazing but could of had it as a main course!!

We had amazing food at the themed Italian night. Chef Callum definitely pulled out all the stops in serving us fresh home cooked pasta! From the antipasto to the dessert it was absolutely delicious!!! Not forgetting our servers Dani and Ruby who couldn’t do enough for us. The Irish coffees where lovely. Not forgetting the beautiful setting with the Leeds/Bradford runway in the distance and the fire keeping us all toasty on -4 freezing evening. Highly recommend for great food, great service and beautiful views!!! Highly recommend ❤️ Thank you for a lovely evening

Ruby was honestly the best waitress that has served us in such a long time. Her presence was so welcoming and made us feel relaxed and at ease. She recommended us food, told us the specials making our choice very easy. We enjoyed our time so much we stayed for 3 courses. We just want to say such a big thank you to Ruby for her excellent service. The food was fantastic and the views were great! I’d definitely recommend the pie to anyone going !!
