I am so grateful we booked a table here for Sunday lunch today for so many reasons. Our life was turned upside down following an accident and one of my parents now uses a wheelchair. It’s been a tough transition for us and quite often we feel overlooked and inconvenient. This was not the case here. From making the initial booking by phone to being seated the service was absolutely wonderful, the staff couldn’t do enough to make us feel looked after. The food - THE FOOD - unbelievable, the roast dinner was probably the best I’ve ever eaten, large portion, really reasonable price for such top quality. The ambience was lively but not loud and really enjoyable. Also the access was so easy with the wheelchair. If you need a cane or find it hard to walk this place is great. Ultimately I feel you can get good food in alot of places but the service we encountered here far exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back. Also it’s Dog Friendly - PERFECTION!!
All things good. Enjoyed the food, the service and the location of this place is excellent. Tried their burgers, grilled chicken with beans, fish n chips etc.
Really lovely place, food was excellent, really good service too despite being a really busy sunday evening, would recommend booking for a Sunday roast, fresh ingredients and a very generous portion, we had the pork and it was massive. Very effortlessly decorated, great atmosphere but very loud! Really nice touch in the women's toilets with complimentary emergency toiletries! Large car park attached to pub and gorgeous outside area!
