Fantastic family run pub with really good food. There was a little bit of a wait between ordering and the food arriving, but it was well worth it. Very welcoming staff & owners with a great sense of humour. Well worth a visit. Especially if your on a walk round Fairburn Ings

Had lunch there on Saturday, very nice food my wife had goats cheese parcel which was amazing. The pie was okay, needed something but all in all a good meal. New ownership offering food has made a difference to the atmosphere, no longer an old local and more welcoming now.

Eat Sunday Roast here September 2024. Excellent! Service 10/10, food 10/10, Beer 10/10. It’s a very fine pub with Timmy Taylor’s on pump, lovely setting near the RSPB reserve. The Sunday roast beef meal we had was quite incredible.

We had our Christmas do at the Three Horse Shoes on Saturday 30 November. The food and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Thank you again for a great evening. All at Lumby Garden Centre
