Wow! What a fabulous wedding for my Daughter and son in law. The service from start to finish was faultless. The day was amazing and the team absolutely made it run so smoothly. The food was excellent. The venue beautiful and all the changes in between were made without the guests even noticing. Thank you to all the team at the Arches. I would recommend to anyone thinking of having their special day here.

We recently held the Old Crossleyans RUFC Centenary Gala Dinner at the wonderful Arches and it was the best decision to hold the event at this beautiful venue.
As well as the actual venue being amazing all the team gave fantastic service and support. From the initial engagement with Jamie and booking the event, to liaising with Kat pretty much delay in the run up to it (who was an absolute Godsend with her can do style and organising skills), to Sam for his calm and helpful presence and also the lovely Jack who both couldn’t do enough for us on the day/night as well as the waiting and bar staff who were so quick, efficient and all really smiley and friendly.
There was lots of really positive feedback about the food - tasty, hot and plenty of it.
We hired a brilliant band who came over from Warrington called the Stereobats and also had a fabulous singer called Julie Diamond who is local.
All in all everything about the venue was over and above what I expected.

We very recently got married at The Arches. After seeing a few different venues, we adored the industrial, laid back vibe The Arches offered and the responsiveness/helpfulness of the team was the deciding factor vs other venues.

The venue is so unique, minimal additional decoration is needed but looked amazing with our bright/colourful touches. The team had pages and pages of instructions from me and decorated/turned around the venue, with no input from ourselves - it was effortless and allowed us to really focus on preparing for our special day.

All of our friends and family were stunned by the venue and food. All of them said it was refreshing to go to a different type of venue they have never been to before vs a church or a barn!! So many of them said they could see why we chose The Arches and how 'us' it was, and that is a reflection of the team really encouraging you to pur your personal touch on it. Yorkshire has been our home for many years and it felt so special to have a venue (and multiple vendors) that reflected this.

The food was fantastic. We had visited True North prior to booking, and for our menu tasting, but were still blown away on the day. The quality and portion sizes were like nothing we have had at any wedding before - which many of our guest echoed! (The onion bhaji canape and sticky toffee pudding were particular incredible).

All of the team really looked after us and cared for us so extremely well. Kat, Jamie, Sam and Jack are a credit to The Arches, and just made us feel so at ease. We truly cannot thank the whole team enough!

Wow! This venue is amazing. I have photographed a few weddings at The Arches and love it. The building has a lot of character and can be styled to suit. The staff are so friendly and caring, and have always been so helpful. The food is delicious! The staff went out of their way to sort me a vegan meal out last minute after I stepped into cover another wedding photographer.

From a photography point of view - the building itself has huge windows - letting in loads of natural light, and there's plenty of space for indoor photographs. There's also some great spots nearby for some characterful, industrial, urban photographs. There's some special unique features - like where the couple are able to cut their cake in one of the old window frames.

I can't wait to come back soon!

Went here for our works Christmas party. The venue itself has lovely decor, the DJ got us in the Christmas spirit, and the band was brilliant and played all kinds of music. The staff were friendly and met all our needs. The only downfall was the food. The portions were quite small, and a few of us still felt hungery afterwards. The Christmas dinner could have had more potatoes (we got two) and pigs in blankets (we got one)
