Amazing vets, I’ve used them with my kittens and my dog, he had his surgery there, the staff was really good with him and treated him like one of there own and he loves going to see the vet for his after care I think her name is Rachel, (blonde hair) she take time to listen and spends time with Alfie during his visits and he has made a new best friend 💚 Thank you all ❤️

Really happy with this vets both my dogs and 3 of my cats have been done here and received a high level of care. Lucy and Rachel have looked after my animals each time and Rachel in particular has bonded with my dog Bruce they just adore each other. My dogs look forward to vet trips now. I like the new vet too Viv she's very thorough and recently diagnosed an issue during a routine check up. All are lovely at the clinic but it's the love Rachel has for my Frenchie that makes this practice a cut above the rest 🥰🥰🥰

I would like to sincerely thank the vet who took a keen interest in my elderly cats health and the nurse whose approach towards my cat was fantastic. Thanks to them the visit and blood taking was stress-free. The positive change resulting from accurate diagnosis have restored the hope that was previously taken away at another clinic.

★★★★★ - Asian Female Vet! The Asian female vet at the Lodge Road veterinary clinic is the absolute best thing about this branch. She is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and patient, going above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel at ease. Her professionalism and compassion truly set her apart. She treats every visit with the upmost care and goes above and beyond treating my dog like it’s her own pet- which is rare with vets! Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she is the only reason I continue to visit this clinic. Unlike the staff at reception, who barely acknowledge customers when they walk in not even simple greeting - do not expect a please thanks and even common decency from them on reception. If you’re looking for someone who treats your pet like their own, she is the only one to see. Would be 1 Star But 5 stars all thanks to her and her alone!

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Made my boy feel most comfortable, his operation went well, they looked after him and reassured him! He loved going to his post op checks, Rachel treated him like on of her own, and gave him lots of love and fuss. Not to forget the treats for him showing off his tricks. A few months ago I also got our kittens spayed here. Thank you all for your help and care ❤️❤️❤️ Sam, Tanya, Alfie, Minnie and Lilo ❤️💚❤️💚
