My 8 year old lab Rolo had his yearly injections today we were greeted by the receptionist who very politely talked with us.
Rolo was called in by the vet on time and he was very pleased to see the vet he remembers her from a time before that she cared for him, Rolo adores her and all the other staff members at the practice they always take such good care of him and he always looks forward to a cheeky little treat or 2 they give him too.
A big thank you to people in this centre for assisting our dog Messi. I cannot express how fast action of the lady in reception and Dr. Alice in their fully booked schedule was. Messi unfortunately ate a bone which we did not know if a fraction got stucked or he was just sick of what he ate. Seeing healthy dog becoming poorly is very stresfull. Centre is nice and clean, enviroment very friendly. i would highly recommend this centre for lovers of their animals. Thank u again from bottom of my heart. Messi is back to happy mood/picture attached:)
Alpha Vets of Teddington are a caring kind helpful vets with a very good standard of care .My beloved ginger cat Bertie passed away recently after 17 and a half years .Sadly he had been unwell in the last 4 years, but Alpha vets helped him over the years to have a longer life He used to whine like mad about going to the vets, and when he got there. Alpha were so patient with him When he was in the vets room he really loved the vets ,and was always purring when he came out They were so good at handling him As a ginger tom cat he was usually a gentle cat ,but had a feisty temper on him .Alpha vets were great with him .Thank you for all the kind care of Bertie over the years ,and for being so helpful when he passed away. I thoroughly recommend Alpha vets .
We always receive excellent care for our dog at Alpha vets. All vets there are very good but Alice, in particular, is warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and skilled. Our dog has undergone a couple of procedures over the years and on every occasion we were clearly presented with the treatment options, which were thoroughly explained, enabling us to make informed decisions about her care. We have been happy with all treatments and experienced great aftercare too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Darren and the team are lovely, friendly and happy to listen to all my concerns / anxiety. After texting with my concern on Friday I brought my lizard in the following Wednesday. We've had a thorough exam, x-ray, antibiotics and blood tests, and a good plan to get Ozzie better. Very happy, especially when reptile vets are hard to find!
