From reception to nurses and most especially the vet and subsequent surgeon at Surbiton, everyone went above and beyond for Cody. The amount of warmth, care and thought that this whole practice shows it's patients is one that I haven't experienced at another vets before. Jamie is really gentle and patient with Luna in hydrotherapy. He's managed to get my vet averse cockapoo making good progress in her hydrotherapy sessions.
